Stay away. Unprofessional, jorge and his brother yair signed a contract to renovate my home back in
sep/04/2024 for a month deadline of oct/04/2024, and never showed up to work more than 4 days after i paid half of the money as we agreed and did nothing other than roofing. Two months later as i type this today nov/13/2024 and they abandoned the job unfinished, Pay a little extra and save yourself the headache..i wish i never hired them, they took my money and ruined my life, i have the contract, text msgs, emails to prove all that..

This Edit in response to his reply: lying as usual i have the proofs and evidence in text msgs and calls showing that jorge wanted to complete the job with no permits and was holding me hostage because i paid him already.. he can easily pull out!.. he wants to do the job and not be responsible for any permits or city inspection!.. in the contract it clearly states that the contractor is responsible for all permits and licenses required by the city! . But he never followed the contract. He never reads his contract.

Jorge Utrera and his team did an excellent job on my patio paver project, which added about 100 18x18 inch concrete pavers to an established patio that I built years ago using the same material. Having done this work myself when much younger, I was concerned that the expansion would not meet my high standards for quality. Jorge's team surpassed my expectations in every way, including making precision cuts in the square concrete pavers to surround some round concrete footings that had been poured previously to support a backyard pavillion. After the paver project was completed, Jorge suggested a small landscape block retaining wall addition that tied everything together and added a lot of visual appeal to the project. His team has since helped a friend of mine with a large shrub removal and replacementy sod project and he's now a happy customer too. I would recommend his services without hesitation. High quality work at a very reasonable price. Showed up when they said they would and cleaned up behind themselves when the job was completed.

We have used Utrera for two projects - they rebuilt a large retaining wall last Summer and just removed and replaced a stone wall and concrete patio. We could not be more pleased with their work, professionalism and great pricing! Thank you Jorge and crew!!

Utrera Landscaping transformed my backyard! They installed a window, removed an old deck, built a new one and did an outstanding job with sod and gravel. Their communication was also fantastic. I highly recommend them.
