I will be recommending Fresh Start to anyone needing landscaping. They are an incredible team! Tony was so helpful and patient when he came out to review our backyard and prepare the quote. He was very attentive to all our details, responded to all our follow-up questions. And the crew they sent out to do the actual work was AMAZING. Jonathan, Justin, Jordan, and Ethan. Very professional and friendly, and very happy to answer our questions throughout. Their work was excellent, and they cared that it was being done right. They never complained about the heat or clay soil. Or even bee stings! They finished earlier than expected, and our backyard looks fabulous! We are beyond happy with the end result (rain garden, dry creek bed, and lots of gravel paths), but also just as happy with the process they provided from start to finish. Thank you!!

Fresh Start did a fabulous job replacing an old deteriorating railroad tie eyesore. I now have a beautiful brick retaining wall! The guys were courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again!

I was having problems with water coming into my basement, so Tony with Fresh Start Outdoors suggested that we put in a swale that would take the water away from the house and towards the street. But they had to extend two of my downspouts away from the house, as well. The team was very professional, courteous, cleaned up any mess that was made and answered my many questions. I would highly recommend them.

Recently, we hired them again to address a water issue in our basement. They installed a long pipe and drain system to mitigate flooding during heavy rainfall. Even with only a small amount of rain since the installation, we can already see the system working as expected—water collects in the drain, and our basement has stayed dry.

My yard was in desperate need of attention! They redesigned the patio area, cleaned out old stumps, replaced old timbers all around the property. My patio is beautiful. Amazing job. Fresh Start Outdoors was recommended to me by a contractor friend. I'm so glad! My two doodles had pretty much destroyed my backyard - just a muddy mess, full of huge puddles! I sent an inquiry via their website, Tony contacted me the same day. Tony came out, looked at my issues, really listened to my concerns and offered several suggestions. We discussed a plan and I received a proposal within a day or so. He started work as soon as weather allowed. I'm so pleased with the results. Tony and his team did a phenomenal job. Very responsive. The Fresh Start Outdoors team is top notch!! When looking for a company to do some long overdue seasonal maintenance, Tony was the only person that came out in person to assess the project, most other companies simply gave me a quote that left me both confused and unsupported.

When Tony visited, we were able to talk through the scope of project and he also gave me valuable insight on my yard I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Once completed, the quote was incredibly thorough and clear, with each photo annotated with the tasks discussed. Communication was lovely, the crew was efficient and had excellent attitudes despite the heat.

10/10 definitely recommend!!

These guys just finished my "backyard makeover" project and I couldn't be more pleased. They built a stone retaining wall and stone steps from our back door down into the yard. They worked with a good concrete contractor who replaced my sidewalks. They also worked with a good tree service company that ground down a number of stumps I had, including one from a 48-inch-diameter pin oak. They graded and sodded everything to perfection. I heartily recommend them.

I tried numerous ways to get in touch. Finally got a response through text then after a couple more attempts I got a response for them to come out for a bid and they never showed up or reached out or responded to if they were ever coming.

I am beyond impressed with the work of this crew. I can truly recommend them for what ever your landscaping needs are.

HE outdoor solutions built me a new paver patio. It is gorgeous and perfectly level, with a small retaining wall. I am thrilled with it and would absolutely use them again in the future.
