Alex and Jon came out on a cold and snowy day and did a great job! They were knowledgeable, prepared, friendly, courteous and hard working!

Nathan Cartwright was an excellent arborist/salesman…very knowledgeable of trees and what they need to be healthy. One tree we wanted trimmed, he said looked healthy and didn’t need any attention (saving us lots of $.) The Davey tree trim crew they sent were very nice guys with an amazing tree climber. They thinned out branches and shaped our cypress and maples—all trees look happy in our south St. Louis yard. The crew cleaned everything well and kindly let us know when their work was complete. Will definitely recommend.

My tree trimmers Rudy and Juan were very efficient and friendly. They verified the work to be done with me and upon completion we walked through the yard to make sure I was satisfied.

Jon and Bryanna cane to mt house today (9/25/25) to trim several of my trees. They were awesome and shaped my trees and removed dead branches. They were both very professional. Also cleaned everything up. Thanks

Ross Parker assessed our oak tree and the galls impact. Ross was knowledgeable, shared treatment studies results DAVEY had conducted and about the varieties of galls / wasps. Ross proved to be honest and trustworthy. Very impressed with DAVEY

Davey Tree came out to trim our Sweetgum. Jon and Kenny did a great job and were very communicative when they arrived and after the work was completed. I would certainly use them again, if the need arises.

Kyro and Jon were both quick, and efficient. They cleaned up afterwards and just did an excellent job. This was our neighbor’s tree hanging over our house. They took extra care to keep their lawn safe. Thanks guys for a super job done.

I was really concerned about working with a professional company, and not just someone with a truck and a chainsaw and Davey fit the bill. The entire team was friendly and professional. They even cleaned up all of the little twigs and leaves when they finished. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Davey’s services!

I've had a large struggling tree system (one that has multiple trunks) that has been slowly dying. Last summer, for the first time, none of the branches on any of the trunks had leaves. I *meant* to have someone out to look at the various trunks and evaluate the health, but then the May storm happened and the previously healthiest trunk fell down straight across my backyard. So clearly that one needed to be cut up and taken out and the other trunks needed to be cut down. We were able to cut up some of the branches and put them into a pile, but we needed a better chainsaw to finish cutting up the downed tree and we needed professionals to take down the remaining runks.

I had three services out to evaluate and give quotes. I chose Davey because they were competitively priced but also I felt like Paul S (the arborist who came out to evaluate and present the proposal) was kind, thoughtful, and professional. We looked at other trees at the same time with Paul giving advice on the others as well (on their health, watering, etc). I was very pleased and decided to go with Davey for the job.

I was even more pleased once we scheduled a date and the workers (Rudy & Juan) came out to cut down the tree. First, I was at work but Paul mentioned that I didn't need to be home; they would just access the backyard and get their work done. So I wasn't home when they did the work, but my neighbor was. They needed to use her driveway for the truck and she said they were so nice and very polite. She also said that her kids had a great time watching through the window as they would bring the branches for wood chipping. My neighbor also said that Rudy & Juan were quick in their work. When I got home, the annoying dead trees were cut down and my backyard was cleaned up perfectly. Thank you to Rudy & Juan! Excellent work!

If I needed to have more trees/branches taken down, I would not hesitate to call Davey Tree again.

Davey Tree has been wonderful to work with for both scheduled tree care (we’ve used them multiple times over the past 9 years) and recently when a few very large limbs fell from our tree across our driveway. They had a representative out within hours and a crew out the next morning.
The crew was polite, efficient, and really helpful. They even raked up the smaller twigs and blew the sawdust and other debris off the drive. 10/10

Davey tree trimmers were very attentive to the job of trimming our trees. They were being careful to protect the fence and cleaning up the area of twigs and leaves left behind. They even helped catch my dog that got out while they were here. Their
Arborist was on site to consult the job as well. Thank you!!!

I was very impressed with the service we received on our project. The team was excellant…very thorough and professional. We were also impressed by the quality of the cleanup of our yard, sidewalk and street. All in all, we were very happy with the team and work that they did. Cudo’s to the team of Tom, Juan, and Angel…they were great. We will definitely recommend Davey Tree to our friends and family.

I’ve had multiple services done with great results. Jon, Rob, and Bryanna were professional and very friendly. Answered my questions and even left some cut dead wood for my fire pit. Ross provides great insights into my trees and remembers my property and always available for questions.

Alex and Keith did a great job! They took down numerous high limbs hanging over and along the side of my home. Their cleanup left my yard looking better than when they got there! I highly recommend Davey Tree Service!

Have to extend my sincere thanks to Rudy, Juan, and Zach for the superb job in safely taking down a 2 story Bradford Pear tree that was precariously leaning against my house causing damage to my roof and gutter system! I was impressed with their teamwork and how they made safety first in every cut. After watching them for a hour, I’ve learned that this type of job should always be left to the professionals. Highly recommend this company!
