This company is not professional and they do not respond back with your concerns. I’ve called them 10 times after one of their workers that was cutting the grass broke our window. They aren’t taking responsibility, and I’ll be taking legal action.

They will see you coming to move your car and still blow leaves and other debris on your car and you as well. So unprofessional and very rude I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

Clear cuts. Make millions then complains about millions more. Bad company if you care about nature preservation. Also states makes money for Oakville but ask how many people employed for Ideal live or spend their money in Oakville. They didn't even wait for the go ahead from the bat conservationist as they were supposed to send their review this week. Left trash, watched them throw cigarette butts on ground, and buried trash instead of picking up. This is just day one for the Cliff Cave project. Bad company with a very bad image. I hope they did better on Echo State Park...

Craig and his crew stayed at our Park at Branson Shenanigans RV Park while doing an installation job at a local school. The entire crew were very polite and friendly. They are welcome here any time.

Almost lost my front bumper to one of your maniac drivers today. This clown was weaving in and out of traffic on 55 south And got off at maramec bottom. at 4:20 today 10/17/17. If you see truck number D90-17 stay clear, he has no regard for others on the road. It's no wonder this company has such bad reviews.

This afternoon a utility vehicle and company truck without license plates were pulled onto the shoulder rapidly merged back onto the highway without using signals or attempting to find an opening in the flow of traffic nearly causing a multi car accident due to their complete disregard to the people around them. Also if you have enough time to have your company's logo stenciled onto the vehicle you might want to bother getting it properly registered and plated

My family has been using this company for many years now. Wouldn’t change them for anyone else. They have always done amazing work for us! The workers are professional and on time. Definitely recommend this landscape group to anyone who is need!

Just bought new landscaping lights and guy weed eating chewed them up with weed eater. He was too lazy to lift his weed eater around them…… plus there were no grass/ weeds to even weed eat . Then he goes oh sorry… jerk

Nearly ran off 270 today due to one of your manic drivers! Red dodge truck. Cut in front of me at a green light and completely stopped his vehicle and held up traffic! I would never want someone with the audacity to perform any kind of service on my lawn! Looks like it’s not the first time either looking at your other reviews.

This company is contracted by my leasing office to remove leaves from the parking lots. They do so with leaf blowers, effectively sending debris and dirt in all directions. They use this same method in the small confines of the covered parking spaces as well. This sends leaves and dirt all over the cars parked there. This happens every time they show up. It is obvious that they understand what is happening. You cant make a mess like that and not see the mess you are causing. They just dont care.

First rate professional company. The people I have dealt with at this company have been some of the most professional, personal and friendly I have come across in my 48 years, to give a level of standard I am speaking of- I did 10 years of service with 5 of those years being on a hand selected elite unit that less than 1000 people have been a part of since 1959. The professionalism I speak of has gotten a meet and greet with three Presidents and one of those on three seperate occasions.
With that said I highly recomend dealing with this company. They stand behind their work and in the rare instance of a mistake it gets fixed without any issue.

Never had any service done with this company. However, one of the workers with no license plate on the truck loves to cut people off in traffic with the companies vehicle. Based off the driving I can only imagine what the service is like.

Edit:After reading other reviews looks like this is not the first time one of the workers has been driving out of control. Time to get it together Ideal Landscape Group. Most people do the research and look at reviews before doing business.

Be very careful of your GPS,single driveway entrance, just before entrance to outdoor plumbing supply place,youu see the street sign,all they have is the mail boxwith adressset back off the street. Make sure that you stop once you get back there and check in,you could get in trouble with truck trailer

These guys blow leaves from the parking lot of my work. They blow leaves and debris onto cars and then off of the cars. They get their blowers as close as inches from cars and obviously don't care. I usually hate to complain about stuff like this but this obviously damages the car's paint. I asked them to stop and the guy laughed and blew the leaves right off my car into my face. Horrible company.

I just won’t to acknowledge the professionalism of the crew that was working off of Frank Scott Parkway near Greenmount, as they were cutting the grass a rock came from the lawn more and broke my back window I stopped to let the crew know what happened and they were very professional and courteous they was able to get me a contact with the supervisor who is also very professional and I was able to get my window fixed. I don’t have service with them but if I did I was certainly use them and I give them a huge thumbs up and I really appreciate their professionalism courtesy and promptness to the situation at hand.

I was at QT on Nameoki Road in Granite City, IL this afternoon, going to pump air in my tire. One of the employees from a truck with "Ideal Landscape Group" got the air pump and pumped the air for me! Sir, you don't know how much I appreciated you. Thank you for showing me that HUMANITY IS STILL ALIVE. Thank you for being a complete gentleman. I will keep you in my prayers and I hope The Lord gives you the desires of your heart. Bless You.
