Brett, Luis did a great job. Courteous, and helpful. Can’t wait to see the color this Spring, Summer and Fall. Hope to use them again. 2nd round of landscaping was great. Maintenance work was also well done. Miquel Angel and Luis were hard workers and did a great job. Hope to use QV again in the Spring to keep the yard looking wonderful!

I have used Quiet Village Landscaping for over six years. I am especially grateful as they accommodated me for a weekend party by refreshing the garden beds, removing a fallen branch from my roof and mowing the lawn. A couple of days ago, that worker from your company on W Kingsbury Ave blown out leaves from neighbor's driveway to my front yard.

To my asking do not to do it he just turned back from me and said that everything is OK.

Inspide on some positive experience with you I am strongly disappointed attitude of your employees and hardly ever turn to you back again.

We just had 4 metal raised beds installed in our backyard. James and Trenton were easy to collaborate with and developed a great plan to improve our flower and vegetable gardening with a crew onsite in 2 weeks to install. Rene S. and Luis G. were a pleasure to work with on the installation. They were hard workers and great at solving problems as they came up. The project came in on budget. I would welcome having Rene and Luis on future projects.

Very impressed with the team and the work - from Ethan preparing bid and oversight to Guillermo, Luis, and Gustavo completing the work - each person was very professional and delivered excellent work. I contracted with Quiet Village to remove some way overgrown junipers from the front of my house and replace them with some +/- native hollies and Missouri evening primroses. Other items included trimming the lower branches from my fringe tree and removing an iris bed in the backyard that had become an invasive weed area. Despite the brutally hot temperatures, Rene Silva and Luis Gutierrez did an outstanding job on my requests, working the entire day. It was not a major landscaping makeover (except to me) and the new plants are pretty small, so photographs wouldn't be very helpful, but I wanted to be certain that Mr. Silva and Mr. Gutierrez were recognized for their beautiful and careful work. Thank you!

Chuck, Taco, Tom, and Valentine did a fabulous job on a front yard landscaping project that included the construction of a retaining wall. They were professional and clearly had many years of experience under their belts. The turnaround time between selecting the design and having the crew on site to complete the job was impressive. I continue to be very pleased with the quality of work performed by Quiet Village. As part of my services, they perform a "spring cleanup" - trimming of all my shrubs, cleaning up the sticks and leaves from the winter, edging and mulching the various beds I have in my yard (the put pre-emergent down on all the beds prior to mulching to prevent weeds). I would like to send a big compliment to the team that did the work. James, my account person, is a great asset to me as he has been in the horticultural business for over 25 years and knows what he is doing! The team consisting of Maureen, Gabby, Wayne, Ethan and George did an absolutely amazing job....they are very hard working and productive. I have about 20 roses bushes in the yard and I have never seem then shaped as they are now. They just didn't chop away, but did a great job shaping. All the work was great!!! Just an FYI if you are looking for a solid landscaping company. (they also mow my lawn, do my fertilizing for the yard and trees.)

From Ethan to Kaylee to Rene. Everyone was awesome from start to finish. The two workers that completed my project were very hard working and did a fantastic job. They re done a retaining wall, brick edging, and laid black mulch. They went above and beyond when it came to cleaning my property when they were done with the project! 👍🏾

Guillermo and Luis were amazing! They worked so hard and did an awesome job putting in a retaining wall, brick edging, and cleaning up the yard. Everything looks clean and beautiful now. You can tell they really care about their work, and I really appreciate all the effort they put in. I’m super happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them!

We recently had some landscaping done and we’re absolutely 100% pleased with the work as well as all the people involved. Including in the landscaping we wanted a small corner of our yard dedicated to our grandson who is no longer with us and that special corner is everything we could have asked for.
The communication was amazing. The gentlemen (Guillermo M and Roberto) who actually did the work was very friendly and hardworking, they even were so considerate that they used the grass that needed removing and placed it to a spot where grass was needed.
At the end of the project Trenton did a final walk through which was very personable and not rushed. Any further jobs needed we will contact Quiet Village.

We absolutely love our Quiet Village gardening team, Daniel and Israel. They both work so very hard and take wonderful care of our yard. They know what they are doing! They are both so kind and friendly, always ready with a smile and a cheery hello. They are a delight to have on our property. It is obvious they enjoy their job and are good at it. Good execution, bad follow through.

We paid several thousand for a bed refresh and replant with shrubs for curb appeal. Initially everything looked great, timing was as promised, etc. But we've had lots of issues with the plants and the job done.

Problem 1) The beds were not thoroughly cleaned out. We had to spend several afternoons and continue to spend small times removing weeds from the beds that should have come up. I understand clover, but isolated rhizomes of grass not so much.

Problem 2) One of the red rocket plants placed to match an existing plant died pretty instantly on receipt. We followed all instructions and they did replant that one and the existing plant to match each other. However these red rockets are either unsuitable for the soil or something because they just remain fragile day to day even with constant watering. A specific ask when setting up the project was to get plants that are hearty against maintenance needs.

Problem 3) Two of the four yews are dead. I suspect rot or sickness at time of planting. The other two are fine, turning a bit yellow at the tips but look okay. I reached out and didn't get response on this.

Problem 4) Clethara plant has been okay and a decent grower, but it's also needing constant maintenance which is not what we requested in project plan. Leaves start drooping and dropping if we don't water every 48 hours it seems.

I've reached out about the problems and after the first warranty replacement of the red rocket the company has not responded. For a >$2000 order, this was an unsatisfactory completion.

I had the bed lines around my house redefined and added a stone walkway to my driveway. It looks fantastic. The crew Rene, Felipe & Angel did a great job. These gentleman were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. You could definitely tell they take pride in their work. Extremely happy with the work they completed.

I had edging and mulching provided by Quiet Village and I was completely pleased with the work that was done. Rene Alvarado, Luis Gutierrez, and Rene Silva were the crew working at my home. Renee Alvarado was the project manager and came by the house the day that crew started. He provided me with his card, and asked that I communicate with him if there were any concerns or problems. He responded quickly with communications and did a follow up after the work was completed to make sure I was satisfied. Luis Gutierrez and Rene Silva where the hard-working crew that were doing the edging and mulching. Despite the incredible heat they worked tirelessly on my yard. The edging was fabulous and the mulch was applied exactly as I wished. It was easy to communicate any requests that I had to them. In fact they even helped me with some yard cleanup that I was working on while they were there. I will definitely use Quite Village again in the future.

This summer I called QVL to expand my backyard deck. When Dennis came out with Eliseo they came up with great suggestions for the deck that would also including taking care of drainage issues I was having. The deck looks great, but even better, my sump pump in the basement rarely runs anymore!

I was so impressed that I asked about other services and the design team came over and prepared a design to add gardening beds with edging in my backyard. They suggested a bubbling boulder which has turned out to be a crowd pleaser for both people and dogs that come over.

The girls on their team are great when it comes to my holiday decor. I always look forward to their creative ideas to help surprise my guests when we entertain.

I've always had positive experiences when working with Quiet Village team and would recommend them to residents in the St. Louis area for landscaping projects.

We used Quiet Village for a complete overhaul of our backyard including a seat wall, fireplace with pizza oven, gazebo, irrigation, lighting and landscaping. Our first interaction with QV was a meeting with Spencer Hippler. He immediately understood our vision and our eased our concern about the scope of the project. Tom helped us pick out beautiful and quality material and had both creative and practical ideas for us. Don oversaw the project, always willing to answer our questions and quickly address our concerns. Ignacio, Rodell, and Luis made my ideas come to fruition and are, in my opinion, artists. The lighting and irrigation guys were also outstanding. Now Spencer and I are working together on the plantings. I'm fairly knowledgeable about horticulture but his expertise and guidance have been invaluable to me. Not to mention, he's just fun to work with! Thank you to the entire Quiet Village team. We love our yard!

Just had my flower bed/flower bed wall and stepping stones redone by Sergio and Rene from QVL and they did an amazing job! They were both very nice and professional. The project was completed in a day and we are so happy! We will be using them again in the near future for other projects.
