Randy came to do the estimate. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He asked and listened to details of my project. Carlos (I think) and crew showed up and worked very hard. He asked questions and truly cared about doing an awesome job. Mike stopped by to bring additional supplies. He also was very professional. He introduced himself and also ask how things were going. So 5 stars to the whole crew.

Kyle fence factory and employees are very excellent workers I would recommend them to anyone, for any exterior work outside and landscaping they are excellent.

Kyle's did an outstanding job on my recent landscaping work. From Mike working with me to create the best solution and the crew doing excellent work, I am very happy. They fixed a drainage problem off my driveway that solved the issue of a small lake each time it rained. Also put in patio and retaining wall to help manage water and provide some usable outdoor space. Everything was well done

Started off with a good response from the owner who came out to scope the work which was a small retaining wall and a tree removal. Never received an estimate for replacing the retaining wall even and after a sent text directly to the owner, an email to the company's email address, and a voicemail left on the company's phone. Lack of communication is absurd. If the job is too small or you don't see value in it, just let the customer know so they can move on. As another reviewer stated, reputation is not being upheld.

I hired Kyle's Landscaping to do a large landscaping project at my home. Adam Clements came out to my house, listened to what I was looking for and what I envisioned. He made notes, gave feedback, and really understood what I wanted. He provided me with a very detailed plan of the entire scope of the project, which included removing the entire front bed, a side area, mulching a berm running the entire length of the side yard, and creating a new bed across the back yard, including many plantings, decorative rocks and border. Additionally I wanted new decorative fencing put in. Adam's plan also included a detailed drawing with a key to indicate the specific materials being used and plant names so that I could do my own research and see if they were what I wanted.
Kyle's was able to do all of this work, and were able to get this done early in the spring, sooner than they originally thought was possible. The gentlemen that did the work were fast and the workmanship was excellent. I absolutely love everything, and I have had a lot of compliments from friends and neighbors.

I want to give credit to Adam Clements; he was so communicative before, during and after the project. He responded quickly to every question I had, and he was very thorough. The fact that he listened to what I wanted and developed the plan to create this, and his great communication skills are what sold me on the company.

He communicated to all of the appropriate team members about issues, that were all addressed and resolved immediately. Adam still comes by and checks on the project, even though it was done a few months ago. And I only know this because I reached out a couple of different times with questions/issues, and Adam told me that he was aware as he had come by to check on his own time. I am very happy that I selected this company, they have done a phenomenal job!

Austin, Phil and their crews were great to work with. Last year they installed a large berm in my side yard(with new trees) and recently completed a fantastic paver patio project. They gave me start dates for both efforts and work started promptly with no delay. Quality on both projects was excellent and they did a great job of taking input from me, the customer and exceeded my expectations from a delivery standpoint. We used Kyle's Landscaping for a very large outdoor project that consisted of grading and laying sod, planting over a dozen new trees and shrubs, new irrigation system, new perimeter fence, decorative landscaping rocks and mulch, underground drainage systems and rain run-off management. They also drew up the design and layout for the new outdoor space we were creating. With such a HUGE project made up of several sub-projects, there was a lot to manage and ensure was done in a certain order. Our project manager Adam Clements was awesome at making sure everything was properly planned out and that the work was being completely on-time and correctly. The 2D and 3D drawings he providing at the beginning of the job was very well done and helped us visualize the entire space and how it could look. Adam always made himself available for any questions and he was great at managing all the different aspect of the work and keeping it on schedule. We felt he truly cared about us and was always available if we had any questions and was great at communicating the status of the job and what the next steps were as they moved along. We are so happy with the work that Adam and the crew at Kyle's Landscaping have done, the finished results turned out amazing and actually exceeded what we were even expecting. You could tell they cared about their customers, in fact, the owner Kyle even came to our project site on different occasions to check in and ensure everything was going smoothly. Their landscaping team did fantastic work and was very courteous. Same with their irrigation crew, they were very knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the new system and how it all worked, they were great! The crew from the Fence Factory was also impressive and worked together like a finely tuned machine to get the entire new fence put up in such a short amount of time. We couldn't be happier and everything turned out amazing. I would be comfortable recommending Kyle's Landscaping to friends, family, strangers or anyone! if your looking for a company that is trustworthy, professional, courteous, timely, will communicate throughout the job and does outstanding work no matter how big or small, stop searching and just call Kyle's Landscaping, you will not be disappointed!

Kyle snd his team did a tremendous job on our front yard with a new retaining wall and new plants. My wife and i were extremely happy with the whole process and how professional the whole team was on this project. Kyle also did my retaining wall in my backyard in 2010 so we were repeat customers. I highly recommend Kyle and his team for any small or large landscape job!!

Ordered a small tree to be delivering and planted in a spot that previously had a tree that was removed. I thought that the stump was removed but it wasn’t making it impossible to plant a new tree without removing the stump. Kyle’s brought in a stump grinder and removed the stump at no extra cost. They definitely went out of there way to make sure the job got done. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

We signed a contract with this company to repair our outdoor lighting after the May 16th tornado. Unfortunately, it has been a comedy of errors over the past few months and the issue is still unresolved. Despite multiple notices to pay an outstanding balance, our outdoor lighting still doesn’t work. The company essentially installed an entirely new system, leaving our old lighting in disarray. While I was initially fine with this, the new system has never functioned properly. I’ve worked with Adam and have asked him seven times to come out and fix the problem, but there has been no resolution. At this point, I’m exhausted and simply want the product removed—I certainly don’t want to pay $3,000 for something that doesn’t work.

I’ve also requested to speak with the owner but have yet to receive a call. Please be cautious if you’re considering this company for your lighting needs. Ironically, their fencing division was fantastic—they repaired our fence perfectly with no issues. However, the lighting division has been a complete mess, and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for outdoor lighting services.

I called to get a fence quote from a few fence companies. Only one other company even showed up for a quote, and they weren't even on time. Kyle's Landscape Service showed up on time, communicated clearly, and set proper expectations. That to me is pretty good business. When it came time for install day, they showed up before I went into work, and had it completed before I got home. Then fence looks amazing. Our dogs love running in the yard again. Thank you to the entire team that helped in the process. We will certainly refer others your way.

Excellent from start to finish! Timely communications from Luke, the sales rep and great communications from the office about when the crew would arrive, etc. The crew was awesome. They put in a full day and the entire grounds look better than they have in years. No debris left behind either.

Kyle’s did a fantastic job today installing my new sod and removing the “junk” grass. Tom, Joe and Christian work well together. Very professional, detailed, friendly and hard working. Very efficient! The job was expensive, but worth every penny. My new lawn looks great!!! Thanks guys! Highly recommend Kyle’s Landscaping Services!!!!
