Knowledge, Service, Pricing...and most of the time they have exactly what you want at a very fair price. Bill and the boys are not your pool toy center. They handle the needs of the pool mechanic and do it with ease.

Stop in to purchase a cable pool winter cover. Cable was in stock and very helpful in filling requested order, as store had just closed for the day at 2:00PM.

Well, they had what I needed! The price was about same as others. That's about all. ZERO help from clerk lifting or loading. Couldn't answer a question. DOUBTED HE KNEW WHAT DAY IT WAS! Better educate yourself these muppets didn't know anything.

Worse pool supply store ever! Place looks like a money laundering scam. Customer service means NOTHING here. Beware of the NO RETURN POLICY! Owner is a horrible human bien with NO empathy & bad people skills. Beware....she will hang up on you.

We have been buying our pool chemicals her for years, and will continue to do so. Now that we added a spa, we have even more reason to go there. The prices are great, and the guys working there really know their stuff.

I was excited to find a local pool service with reasonable prices. Called and scheduled them to close down my pool for the winter. Took the day off work for the day. They never showed or called so I closed the pool myself. The next day I come home and notice some parts taken off the pool pump. Called them and they told me they added more chemicals to the pool and I should have called them to let them know I was doing it myself. Unbelievable. Pay a little extra and let a professionally run company handle your pool needs.

I had these guys open my pool this year, they broke three of the studs that hold my cover while removing them and tried to tell me they were already broken when I watched the guy break them right in front of me... then they over charged me for the job by $150.00 more then they quoted. Tried to charge me $100.00 for a slide wetting water line kit, I got it on Amazon for $18.00. I see all these good reviews for the place and I can't believe it, I had an awful experience with this place beware... they hire whoever they can find to work there, they are no pool professionals. And they charge way too much to open or close a pool, especially when the workers are learning on your pool.

This used to be a great store to buy pool chemicals. I've been a customer for several years. They had good prices and the staff was very helpful. However, they've changed ownership and they have no desire to sell anything, not to mention a complete lack of customer service. I stopped by on a Saturday and they were closed; still operating under winter hours even though it was April. So I called instead. Due to COVID-19, you can't walk into their store anymore and must call and leave a message for what chemicals you need. So I left a detailed voicemail with what I needed, but was never called back. My order was apparently just disregarded. I ended up ordering my chemicals online. It's really disappointing to see a business decline so quickly under new ownership. They won't be in business long with that poor of customer service.

We stumbled upon this place when needing some chemicals and gave them a shot for our seasonal maintenance and closing. Their pricing is great and they are responsive. Finding a good pool company is tough if you don't have a million dollars. Also I just want to say that rich people are fussy so the one star reviews are suspect. This is our first house with a pool, we don't know what we're doing, and over 5 years, 3 other companies have really failed us so we keep having to look for someone else. I've appreciated Best Buy's advice and prompt work. And as a local business owner, I will always go out of my way to support local businesses. I am happy to have found them.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Our pool was in such rough shape and we were distraught on what to do. They were able to work with us at last minute and completely saved our pool. We are now having the best summer and in our pool every day. Such nice people, very knowledgeable at what they do and great prices. We love Best Buy pools!!!

BEWARE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! If you order the right part it's great fast shipping but God forbid you order the wrong part and have to send it back. I have been waiting for my refund for almost 2 months. I have talked to customer service on the phone and they can't issue you a refund or forward you to their manager. All they will say is sorry we are a little behind. If you email them they say what 7-10 business then wait 5-7 business days. It is utterly tasteless. So now they have my money and the part I sent back. It's not little bit it's nearly $500. Don't waste your time it's a zero star for me.

We LOVE this company. They have opened and closed our pool for several years now. They did our new pool liner two summers ago and it was a seamless process. Aaron is super knowledgeable and won’t sell you what you don’t need. The entire staff is great, Kris is always kind and helpful when I call and if an emergency arises they are quick to help and fix it. They will test your water for you in store and walk you through step by step what to do to get it on track and keep it that way. We won’t go anywhere else!
