Rottler does a great job at managing particular situations & does regular checks which is very appreciated

Very pleased with Rottler from the first phone call taking time to answer all our questions to each visit. Freddie is very thorough at each visit and explains what is being done every time. He is always courteous wearing booties over his shoes in the house (much appreciated) and always upbeat and polite. He cares about his job. Would definitely recommend.

Blake was very courteous with phone calls the day prior and day off with my issue! Very knowledgeable and is helping me with other wildlife issues involving my shed.

Your tech showed up unannounced on Oct 12. I informed him that he was to call me before coming to my house as I prefer to be present. He said he called or sent email(cant remember which) There was no email or message. When he was finished I asked him to dust the crawl space. He said he did not have machine with him and would it be alright to dust on next visit. I said no, did not want to wait 2 months. He said he would get the dust machine and come back. It has now been 6 weeks and no tech. Ignoring your clients does not strike me as good business practice and I am now considering terminating this service.

Nate Terry is our technician and he actively listens to our questions and requests of where we would like to focus our extermination treatment, is respectful and kind.

Sam was so helpful and punctual. He gave me great advice on how to rid my house of spiders.

Brett was amazing! He came next day and did a very thorough inspection of roof and attic for possible wild life entry. The entrance to our attic is narrow and above stairs so it was not easy but he was able to get in and even took pictures to show me. I would 100% call for service again.

Rottler sent out Larry the same day I called to look for a rat snake I saw in my yard. Larry was professional and helpful. He gave me a lot of great information while looking with me in the yard. Although the snake has most likely left my yard and he was unable to get it, it was still worth the visit. I would call rottler again the next time and highly recommend them to anyone.

We used Rottler until recently because we moved out of state. In the 2 1/2 years we used them we had zero complaints. Pricing was fair for the level of service, and they always did an excellent job. Special shoutout to Ryan Hart. He was our technician the entire time, and I can’t say enough nice things about him. He exemplifies amazing customer service, and always went above and beyond. From communication, to punctuality, and work ethic, he checks all the boxes and then some. Everyone I ever dealt with over the phone had the same attitude and level of attentiveness to customer service. Says a lot about how this company is run. Excellent job, and if they ever expand to our new location we would choose them in an instant.

Blake did an excellent job! I reached out to Rottler based on a prior experience with the company at work. From the initial conversation to the completion of the work, he was thorough, gave a great assessment of the issue and ways to remedy the situation. Communication was great and I appreciated information and assistance about potential other issues that were outside of their scope of service. I would recommend Blake and Rottler.

We’ve been using Rottler’s services for a couple months now and have noticed a major improvement with far fewer spiders and bug sightings. Jasper is the best! He’s very kind and professional, and detailed in his communication.

Very upset with the service. Isaac has canceled on me and responds slow and when I asked for him to call he just sends another email. When I called office the gentlemen on the call not once apologized. He seemed like I was the problem. Sad that I am chasing a service that I need and the customer service has not been there. I work and have to take days off to be there I took a day off to be there and was canceled on a few hours before the scheduled time.

Service person advised me what to do and stood outside on porch while doing. Another company assessed problem from outside and in attic thereby giving me a thorough explanation of what was was wrong ,and what was needed. Very disappointed in Rottler handling of problem assessment.

So in 12 minutes this Tech serviced 21 of my termite stations, sprayed exterior , filled out report. ??? Almost all of my stations were undisturbed , obviously not serviced. $114 for what service????? of 12 minutes. Why did you take down my report?...been customer a long time. This is not first time !!

Rottler took great care of our squirrels in the ceiling, the technician was very informative and kept me updated on everything! Highly recommend!
