Where other companies fell short, Kapps performed a near weed-free service giving the yard was pretty over-run with dandelions, clover, and other weeds. THANK YOU for restoring my faith in lawn care companies! I would recommend giving them a try!

On Tuesday, April 9th, your driver not only tore through a residential neighborhood driving 40mph+, he almost hit two ppl talking in the street. Why were they in the street? One car stopped to talk w a neighbor & the woman walked out to speak w her. That doesn’t give someone the right to drive a commercial vehicle recklessly & irresponsibly. It’s dangerous. He could’ve gone around & he ultimately did. Instead of driving cautiously around ppl he flew by & almost clipped one of the women in the street. Totally irresponsible & he couldn’t care less. What’s worse is he had your company’s name plastered across your truck when he drove like a maniac through a residential neighborhood. What was he thinking? It doesn’t bode well for your business & he’s lucky he didn’t kill someone.

They were great when I was outside watching them where they could see me. When I watched without them knowing they didn't do my full yard,they did one straight shot through one side of my yard and out through the other side, loaded up and left. I called to notify them of it and nothing was done so I canceled service. You shouldn't have to babysit your lawn service.

Signed for an year contract and prepaid, the service was delivered on time and professional. The begging of the next year I revived an invoice for a treatment and none from Kapps even reach out to see if I am happy with my service or would like to continue using it. Called the office and explained that they can't keep treating my loan without my permission, my house is for sale and in a few weeks there will be a new owner, so with their logic I will have to keep paying for a service that didn't ordered.

Tried for years to handle maintaining my lawn...spent as much as Kapp's charge in materials alone (not even including the time and frustration value) with terrible results.

They do a great job, I think they are reasonably priced and my lawn looks fantastic.

We have used a big name lawn care service in the past, and have had mediocre to poor service. We hired Kapp's this year and can't say enough positive things about them. Our concerns are addressed without belittling us; from the office staff, to the technician servicing the lawn. The technician who comes to our house is very knowledgeable, personable, and actually mixes the chemicals that are specific to our lawns needs, not a One Size Fits All. He spends more than 3-5 minutes taking care of the lawn. The big name lawn care service does not even come close to comparing to Kapp's. They get an A+ in my book.

I used Kapp's for almost 10 years for aeration. They would schedule the desired month at the time of booking and always did a great job. I signed up for the full service this year including mosquito control. The people that deliver services have been knowledgeable and very professional if I approached them with questions. My yard has responded to the treatments and the mosquitos weren't as bad as the previous year. However, scheduling and communicating through their office or email has been very unsatisfactory. I've found the staff answering the phone to be extremely rude and unwilling/unable to answer questions about their products and services. I still have no idea when they'll show up for aeration this year after multiple attempts to contact them. I was told 3 days ago that my order was on the supervisors desk, but nothing has been scheduled. Followed up this morning and was basically told it hasn't been scheduled and they don't know when it will be done. I've cancelled all service with them moving forward.

Been using them for a couple years. Usually good service. I accidentally missed a payment for the last treatment of the season. Sent my file directly to a collection agency... For $57. They've lost a customer and I'm telling everyone I know to stop or don't use. Congrats kapps! Worth it?

Kapps is the best lawn service i've had in years! They are always on top of things. Customer service is great too!

Always professional and thorough. In fact, I had an application applied today and the tech was courteous enough to blow any residual fertilizer from all concrete surfaces. It's the little things that make Kapps my "go to"!

I appreciate that they always leave me a note as to what they did and any suggestions to keep my lawn looking good. This is my second year with Kapp's and I am very happy with them.

Stay away from this company they never show up, over charge, rude when calling to understand when someone should be at your home. I was supposed to have aeration and seeding done Which required me putting little flags in my lawn so they could see where the irrigation heads were and no one showed up. I called on Friday afternoon and the person answering the phone could not be any more useless. No one called me back they could not reach the production manager who apparently was out on site completely unresponsive. I waited two weeks for the service and no one showed up and it was almost as if they were upset with me for being upset because no one showed up in an entire week. They didn’t call me to notify me of any delays or anything. When I asked for credit they indicated they don’t issue credits to the credit card they were charging, they actually cut a check and have to mail it to you. Keep in mind, this is supposed to be a locally family owned company but apparently it’s not. I now have to wait for someone in the home office in Indiana to actually cut a check and mail it to me which can take 7 to 10 days. Overall experience with this company has been absolutely horrible and I can’t stress enough how awful this has been. Do not call this company. If you do just try to get them to come out to give you a quote and that will answer your question on how to move forward with this company I think you will find it to be beneficial To look at other options like I am at this moment

Eric is very attentive to my yard concerns and always recloses my gates for my dog upon leaving. Never had any problems after multiple years now with same tech. He always goes above and beyond.

My lawn has never looked better. I owe my lawn to Kapps. My fertilizer treatment was administered by a guy named James who is a real rodeo rider. I thought I was in Wyoming when he walked up to my door. A very interesting person to talk to and did a nice job too!

I love Kapps they have made my lawn great again. Eric who takes care of my lawn has done an excellent job of managing the lawn as watching for weeds and letting me know to water or what's coming up and making suggestions to make my lawn better.

Greg has taken care of our yard at our last two homes. We always have the best yard. We are very pleased with his service, quality, and his friendly personality.
