Simply the best. Had a massive bird nest in my duct that ran from the bottom floor to the second floor. He never gave up with this business, great communication, friendly and very professional job done. Would highly recommend it as I would use it exclusively from here on out.

Omar the owner uses scare tactics to prompt for more business from him after he issued a “fail”. His office basically harassed me to change my rating and made false statements. Overall, avoid any company when the owner comes and will not reveal he’s the owner. Wouldn’t you be proud of that instead of trying to distance from it?

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, timely, clean, responsive. Removed existing clay flue and damper, installed new stainless steel flue and top damper, repaired firebox and exterior brick/crown. Very pleased.

This is an excellent outfit. They came in with a price I thought was more than fair, came out to work on the job within a week, done in basically one day. Didn't leave my house a mess, they were very pleasant, and I couldn't be happier.

horrible communication and unprofessional. would not recommend.
They cancelled my appointment without informing me of that. Had me waiting for hours. I finally called to check if they were still coming and told me no it had been cancelled by technician. I could have scheduled something else or did something else had I known earlier in the day. Very bad customer service.
