I got this company to come out and do a cleaning on my dads chimney and Omar was very clean, efficient and informative. He did a full visual inspection and even new of the down draft issue based on what he saw. My dad was impressed and so was I. I would recommend him again.

I didn't technically use their services this time, however I did call them with a chimney related question that was very specialized. They called around to get me an answer, even though it would not make them a dollar, and got back to me within a couple of hours. I feel like I owe them a review for that alone, (although they never asked for that either) and would definitely trust them to do any work for me in the future! Very impressed with your customer service!

I had a situation I needed handled with speed, and they responded promptly and arrived with little wait time. When they arrived, they did an inspection and let me know what was going on. I was given a quote which contained all information and they made sure my questions were answered. The service provided was quick, competent and handled my issue. Not only that, but while here they noticed a tree branch rubbing up against my roof and damaging it and not only alerted me to this but also fixed it at no extra charge! Needless to say, I will be using them again and letting all of my friends know about them. I could tell they had been doing this for some time and knew what they were doing.

We've had some issues with a unique fireplace and the Chimney Sweep Experts were great at coming and cleaning and then providing an inspection that gave us some great insights and some solid next steps. I could not believe the cost and repairs they stated that was needed. Basically they wanted to replace my entire fireplace. I had a second inspection and glad I did. Their cost of 11K went down to 529.

Just had a chimney cleaning - a 1 year check up. Mr Omar (who did all the original repairs to the chimney) showed up on time, was quick, efficient, and provided some great tips on how to maintain a healthy chimney.

I called this company to make an appointment for a inspection. They were very professional and courteous on the phone and quickly set me up with an appointment. The young lady was very knowledgeable about the kind of fireplace I had, since I didn’t know how to describe it. She looked it up on her mapping software and told me exactly what kind I had (it was a prefabricated one). I ended up having to cancel on them, (decided to take the fireplace out). But, by the quality of that phone call, I would definitely recommend them.

A+++ As a successful handyman, 20 years, I was impressed by the 2 men who came out to a 2 story building in the city I own. They were confident and knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They cleared the blocked flue from the roof and were thorough in letting me know what issues there were. Lexi, in the office was very easy to work with on scheduling, etc. I will hire them again for any flue work on any of my rentals.

We had The Chimney Sweep Experts replace a missing chimney cap, and if I could give them 6 stars, I would!!! Since we have a slate roof, so many other companies quoted us ASTRONOMICAL prices or wouldn't even do the work altogether. Chimney Sweep gave us an extremely reasonable (and fair) quote, and when it came time for installation, Omar did a thorough and careful job, leaving our tiles perfectly intact. He even pointed out other issues with our chimney that we weren't aware of. It's clear he has been doing this work for a long time and knows what is doing. Their entire staff is extremely responsive, considerate, and an overall delight to work with. They're the best! I will definitely be using them for any chimney needs going forward and recommend them 10/10.

I first used their chimney cleaning/inspection service in 2021 and the dryer vent/chimney cleaning this spring. Both times, the technicians were polite, professional, punctual, communicative, tidy and efficient. Omar and Jacob showed up at the appointment time (on the dot) and quickly got to work. They absolutely left both areas in pristine condition. I didn't have to clean anything up after their work was done, they did it all. I had inspection documents in my email before they left. I would recommend them to anyone!

Our chimney needed the flue replaced. This required removing original flue tiles and replacing with stainless steel one piece 11 inch tube. The smoke shelf had to be reconfigured and a new damper installed. Omar and his son from the Chimney Sweep Experts were very knowledgeable and did the job in a timely manner. They were incredible careful to keep our white carpeting and surrounding areas very clean. When they finished, no additional cleaning was required. I highly recommend their services.

Hired this company to clean out and inspect my fireplace. Service person was excellent in his knowledge and very good explaining all aspects of what he found.
