Omar did a great job installing the flue liner. He is very professional and did high quality work. You cannot go wrong choosing the Chimney Sweep Experts for any project.

I can’t say enough good things! We had the Chimney Sweep Experts replace our furnace flue. The office team was super friendly and knowledgeable. Omar came out to give us an estimate and he did the installation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. When he came out for the estimate he noticed that our carbon monoxide detector was poorly placed and suggested a better outlet for us to use, which I was grateful for. During the installation he asked if he could trim a branch from our tree so the new flue wouldn’t be damaged in a wind storm! He totally could have just recommended that we take care of that branch ASAP. Instead he trimmed the branch, cleaned it up, and they took the branch pieces with them when they left! I couldn’t believe it. They were very thorough. The work was done well and fast, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. I highly recommend this company!

THANK YOU! We had a challenging problem with an older prefab fireplace and chimney, and had previously been told we'd need a messy and expensive tear out and replacement. Instead, Omar came up with possibilities. He replaced defected parts, reconnected internal linings, waterproofed exposed brick, etc. He showed us pre- and post pictures of exactly what was needed then what was done. He explained thoroughly how all tied together with roof flashings, etc. Omar and team were professional, thorough and gracious. We are so appreciative.

I met two of their employees at lunch in Belleville. Discussed my house. Got their card. Made an appointment for the following week. Showed up on time. Were friendly and courteous. Made an effort to limit dust. Took video to record potential problems. Having the correct equipment makes all the difference.

I usually don’t give reviews until the final results so I will call this a PReview. When I say working with Omar and Lexi at Chimney Sweep as been a wonderful experience, that’s to say the least. Omar came out and looked at the chimneys and suggested tearing them down to roof line as tuckpointing and capping wasn’t an option due to masonry paint and improper repairs done prior. He gave me an estimate which was really reasonable. Scheduling was the issue but not on their company’s part, it was due to so much rain, plus finding a good trusted roofer to finish the shingle layers afterwards. Lexi is such a beauty she is so patient and kind but after meeting with Omar and experiencing his kindness I wouldn’t have expected any different from his staff. We finally came up with a date to get the ball rolling and Lexi even sent a good referral my way for the completion of the roofing part and based on their kindness and integrity as well, I decided to go with them also.
I will update review after completion, I’m quite sure it will be better than the PReview.

We just had a very professional young man come to the house to clean and inspect our fireplace. We would highly recommend this company. We are getting a quote for additional work on another fireplace!

Omar inspected and cleaned two flues, one for a wood burning stove with a liner pipe and one for a gas fireplace insert with no liner pipe. He has a true professional and took the time to explain all his findings. I highly recommend The Chimney Sweep Experts for chimney inspections, cleanings and maintenance work.

Omar and whole team are very nice and professional. Excellent customer service from the phone call I placed to the scheduling of service. They arrived on time, Did the inspection and cleaning of my chimney, provided pictures and explained everything and even taught me a few things about the chimney such as the filter needed to be open while in use and how to properly close the chimney damper. I did have to have some work done to prevent any future problems on top of Crown/wash. I look forward to using them next year to have my inspection and cleaning done.

Highly recommend! Very professional, answered all questions/concerns. They rebuilt our chimney and did a great job. They come to your home dressed in clean attire and leave your house as it was when they arrived.

This review is long over due! It was last winter when I contacted The Chimney Sweep Experts. They were the second company I contacted and the second company that came out to inspect my chimney. The first company came out, went out on the roof took pictures and told me there was damage and that it needed to be fixed right away! He then got out a calculator and started to do some math and before I knew it the total was a little over $1,800! I then called The Chimney Sweep Experts and Omar came out. He was so professional and thorough. He also went on the roof and inspected the inside of the fireplace. He stated that chimney was in good shape! He also stated that the chimney was an older type of chimney and that they last for years and years (another 50 years if we took care of it properly.) All it needed was a cleaning! I hope Omar is still working there as he is the reason I am writing this review. He was highly knowledgeable and cared! The experience I had between these two companies was night and day! I COULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!

Kevin was great he showed up and went right to work. He keep me well informed of what he found wrong. He was knowledgeable and well worth call for repairs. I will use him again for sure!

After calling back and forth about 8 times over a month (normal business hours, M-F), I finally got an appt. set up for a furnace tune-up (I had purchased an Amazon local deal from them.) When the day came, they were supposed to show up between 8:30-9:30 am. They never called, nor showed up. We tried calling them and the call went to voicemail. I wasted a day taken off from work and still have not had my furnace cleaned. Don't waste your time with this company, they are a SCAM!!! The old reviews of this company are good; which is why I picked them; however, they are not the same company they were a few years ago.

I called and made an appt. for my a/c to be serviced, no call/ no show, husband says give benefit of doubt because of busy time of year. I called made another appt. Went outside to look at a/c unit and take a pic of make and model to look up night before, The next day the service technician calls me and tells me that it will be about $900.00 to recharge unit that caps were taken off and goes on to explain that kids huff freon. I did not see any damage to my hail guard while i was taking pics of a/c stickers. Had a 2nd opinion from another company. The caps are lying next to the bolts and discovered that someone pulled back a grid bar of my hail guard and punctured where my freon would leak out on opposite side where nobody would be able to huff freon through a hail guard. There were no signs of huffers huffing my freon or they would be dead on my lawn! He also said if there was a leak it would cost a lot more. I called to confront him and he said " we do not do business like that".... Really, ?? So now i not only need to pay to repair what was wrong in the first place, plus labor and diagnostic of course, but i now get to pay for the damage that this service tech did to scam me!! Not a good idea for any family on a budget that just bought a home!!!! Go anywhere but here!!!

We are very happy with the air duct and carpet cleaning we just received!!! Very nice and detail oriented team!

Keep finding quality issues (I.e. not reassembling duct work, hap hazzardly installing duct tape. Makes me wonder what other issues I can’t see.

They did such a great job! I highly recommend, the before and after pictures really show the difference!

The crew and staff i spoke to over the phone are great! The Hvac techs were amazing and did a great job.

Suppose to show up at 9AM did not show no call no reply to text worst company ever ,they finally contacted me at 4:15 to tell me the tec was sick and if they could come the next day ,he needed to know asap ,lol wouldnt recomend ,not even a call or text to apologize for the screwups

The crew removed a rodent infestation within our heating system causing very unpleasant odors throughout our home. A job very well done!

Showed up 2 hours late, didn't call to say they would be running late, then when they got there they said that they couldn't do it because it was in an attic although they said that they could on the phone. I tried reaching them on the phone again but their phone is disconnected. I think they have gone out of business.

These guys are amazing. Showed up fast and did a terrific job. My house was an old house and required a lot of work. Very pleased.
