G & A Heating and Cooling responding quickly to our call when our air conditioner quit.
We had them replace that and the old furnace at the same time. They were very careful about our concern with the COVID19 virus and wore masks the whole time they worked.
They were very courteous, professional and did a great job!

Within two hours of calling, they were at my house giving us all the possible options and estimates. They were able to replace our heater & AC all in 1 day for a great price and our electric bill has reduced by HUNDREDS! can't thank them enough.

We couldn't be happier with Gary and his company. Only days before Christmas our furnace went out. We were told by another company that our furnace was completely shot and needed to be replaced. Thankfully Gary not only came by on a moment's notice to give us a second opinion but actually fixed the problem without even needing to replace a part. He saved Christmas! Our AC unit started seizing up on one of the hottest days in June. Luckily we had someone working on drywall for another project at our house at the time and when he heard about our issues he immediately suggested we contact Gary at G& A. This was in the late afternoon and Gary was at my house shortly after. He looked our system over diagnosed the issue and said that he could fix it. I asked him about a new system since our system was getting old and only then did he offer to quote me for a new system, he definitely did not show up trying to oversell me. He gave me several options for replacement and walked me through the differences and pros/cons of each. He was still in contact with me about this well outside of normal business hours and when we finally determined the system I needed, he had his team at my house first thing in the morning. His team was awesome, very professional and courteous. They again were great about talking me through everything they were doing and going through maintenance for the system. Gary showed back up himself the next day to look everything over and make sure we were 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend Gary and the G & A team to anyone who has any HVAC issues they were great and we have nothing but good things to say!

Gary, the owner insisted I buy a whole new unit after me calling and texting multiple times with no response to get my capacitor tested. The outside unit would make a loud noise for a few seconds then work normal. Mind you the unit is only 5 years old.
He did make the process of a simple fix frustrating.
Long story short I called PERFECT AIR heating and cooling and they came out the next day with the new part I needed and replaced it within 30 minutes. I would recommend using them. Communication was amazing and no headaches about buying a new unit when it only cost me $200 to replace a part.

Gary came out to my home and gave me a quote same day for replacement of furnace and AC. Gary was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all my questions. No sales pressure. I called Gary the next morning with additional questions and then gave him the job.
