Informed me of the corrective work needed on my heat exchanger and coil and promptly did the installation once the product was received, cleaned up and left the house in the condition it was in when they arrived. I have been using Joe's Heating And Air Conditioning services for many years.I had their technician today to perform our annual furnace inspection. He was very thorough and professional.He explained everything he was doing and answered all of our questions.Their charges are very reasonable. I am very impressed with their service and will highly recommend them.

The replacement of the water heater was very well done. Everything was installed neatly with minimal disturbances which is very important since I work from home. Updated: my technician is really good, Jamie, professional. The bad thing is they don’t show up on your schedule day, no call to let me know at all. I would never do any business with Tammy Jones, co owner, super rude and unprofessional.

Our system went out during 95+ degree weather, gave them a call at 3:00pm and Mike was at our house within 45 minutes. He figured out quickly what the problem was, took care of it and was on his way home by 5:00pm. Very personable guy and managed to get our house cooled down by the evening.

MIdwest Service Repair has done a great job for us! They responded quickly in 2021 to an AC emergency and could have convinced us we needed new units; instead it was a simple valve issue and the units have continued to work well. They came today for a clean and check and the fee was less than I expected. In addition they were on time and professional. Jamie did a great job!

Showed up a scheduled however they Sent a tech who just started working. Didn't know how to do the job.
Kept calling and waiting on calls from supervisor. Describing what are the issues and getting instructions.
It took him 3 hrs To diagnose. Playing around. I had to pay 3 billable hrs while he was training on my equipment.

If I am paying for it , I should be paying for his experience in his craft. He could have stayed at my house all day and I would have to pay for it. NOT FAIR

WHEN REQUESTING SERVICE , I WOULD SPECIFICALLY ASK THEN TO SEND SOMEONE WITH AT LEAST ONE YEAR ACTUAL EXPERIENCE. I THINK THATS REASONABLE.

If I am wrong they can dispute this rating.

Technician came and put some Freon and went to refill the Freon because he ran out of Freon. Charged me for 4 hours but spent time for 1.5 in my property. These guys are fraud. They are very rude. Owner Mike is very rude person.

Called to see if they sold parts - immediately hung-up on me. 0% chance of using for any service needs.

I had a yearly heating inspection today. I have to say they were awesome. They went over everything, answered all my questions,etc. They were very polite and knowledgeable. You have a great employee Sams Heating And Cooling. Would call them again.

I had 2 gas fireplaces installed in my home and had a great experience with Sams Heating And Cooling on the installation approval team. I had one small issue with one of the fireplaces and they took care of it. Very positive experience and would definitely recommend.
