Service was great from the first call to get a technician out to look into our older air conditioning unit! Scheduling was quick the technician was very helpful with all my questions throughout the new install process. Install was quick and everything was up! He was friendly and professional.highly recommended.

I just bought a house in the area and wanted to have a routine check of our HVAC system done to ensure everything was working properly. We also wanted to get an estimate on how much it would cost to install a humidifier. My husband called and presented the question to which the employee responded that it would be $125 to have a technician come out and look at the system before they could give an estimate for services. My husband politely stated that other companies had easily given us an estimate over the phone without coming to the house and charging a service fee and the employee then hung up on him. Very rude and disrespectful to new clients. If this is how they handle the initial phone call, I can only imagine how they would treat a customer going forward. I will never again consider them to work on our system!
