Droege spent all day in our yard doing some extensive work to many of our trees including shaping, dead wooding, and storm damage clean up. Everything they did was perfect. They arrived when scheduled, informed us of details, answered our questions, and cleaned up when they were finished. We couldn’t be happier with their work and have finally found a tree care company that we can stay with for many years to come. Thank you to Colleen and her crew!

I was very impressed with the crew from Droege Tree Care. A 5 person crew arrived on time. They were all very friendly and serious about getting the job done. Three trees cut, shredded and removed. It was a windy day so they went up the street to clean the chips that blew up the street. When they left everything was clean. They did a great job.

Excellent service. Great job on the trees. The men who did the job were friendly and cared about our yard, the place was immaculate when they left, even blew leaves off the garage roof and the yard, took all the branches. They took apart a part of the fence to bring in equipment and took great care to put the wooden fence back in almost better shape than it was in before. Easy to talk to. They knew what they were doing and did it. I am very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable and the folks in the office were available if we had questions. The timing taking down the electricity was minimized.

Last summer I had an issue with large branches falling off my backyard tree whenever we had storms. Colleen, the arborist for Droege, is very knowledgeable and assessed what needed to be done with the tree, as well as a branch from another that was growing around my power lines. They came out and did a great job. And when there was an issue with my invoice, they resolved it without any fuss or dispute. Droege came recommended to me by my partner Dana, and I would recommend them to anyone as well.

We have used Droege for over 20 years. Their arborist Colleen is practical and very knowledgeable. Her instructions to the crew were followed to the letter.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Droege Tree Care. Coleen is incredibly knowledgeable and so personable. She takes the time to come and look at whats going on, and patiently explains what and why something needs to be done. The people who actually come and do the work in the trees are just as nice and patient. And they are knowledgeable also. The work is excellent. And the office manager is just as wonderful.

I appreciate that the assessment/bid was broken down by different aspects of the work. Staff were efficient, flexible, did great job of clean up. Im very happy with the outcome. I wouldn't use anyone else. I trust thier honesty and competency.

During the first visit Colleen took her time to check out my oaks that needed trimming, took photos, and made notes. Caley at the front desk helped work with Ameren to turn off power the day of the trimming. The crew was professional and cleaned up after they were done. No complaints.

The workers were polite and listened to my concerns. They even worked hard on following my curved sidewalk with the bricks they had. Colleen herself was extremely knowledgeable. She was also very detailed about matching colors, bricks, stone and what plants would do well in certain areas of my yard.

Droege Tree Care has been an exceptional company to work with! Every person I have worked with there has been professional, respectful, helpful, and efficient. Their communication is clear and timely. I have had to have a tree repaired, another tree removed, and 2 trees planted. I am very satisfied and pleased with all of these projects.

The crews did an amazing job with a very difficult and tedious tree removal from my backyard. They were super friendly and worked extremely hard. I don’t know of another tree company that I would even consider. They also trimmed my other oak trees up quite nicely. 5 stars hands down !

We had a tree come down on our house in a storm. We called Reliable Tree care and they came quickly and removed the tree within a few hours. The crew worked efficiently together and were very professional and friendly! They left the grounds and the roof very clean.

Great work. The arborist was excellent. Their equipment looked new and high tech. Pretty quick and quick clean up. Only negative is that the lead foreman that day seemed unfriendly and sarcastic at first but he warmed up. The Arborist was gracious and even went back up to trim more at our request but also made sure he wasn't cutting too much for the sake of the tree's health. I think the mulching truck left a large oil stain on our street but oh well. I would hire them again for other tree care bc they did a great job. Just the foreman could be more friendly. The crew in whole was great.

Abby in the office was friendly and informative and very efficient. The team that pruned our tree was equally friendly and efficient, and were knowledgeable about the tree’s health. They were respectful of our property and when they were finished, the tree looked so much better and they cleaned up all the debris. It was a pleasure working with them.

Reliable tree service is just that -reliable. They showed up on time , listened to my concerns, made adjustments at my request and made sure I was satisfied when they were finished. I was so impressed that I actually asked them to provide me with a quote for aerating which I was unaware they did. I even went as far as scheduling another tree removal this winter. I recommend George and his Reliable tree team .
