Fantastic experience. I had reached out to four tree trimming companies with no responses-l prior to reaching out to Reliable. My sister-in-law had used them last year and gave me great reports about them so I tried them. They came out and gave me an estimate. Gave me updates as they got closer to trimming them. When they trimmed them, they had a crew of five people. They gave all my trees the attention they needed, and they cleaned up all the debris that was caused from their activities. Very, very pleased with them.

Great job . Unfortunately I was not home but I am sure the crew was alright with that . When I got home everything was cleaned up as if they weren't ever here . Thank you again .

We called them (at 2 o'clock on a Friday!) for a bid for a giant tree branch that had broken off our silver maple and smashed a couple of fences. The need was not urgent as no one nor any house was damaged. Randy showed up at 3:30. We accepted the bid and I was told they were working on trees that had fallen on houses and we were down the list, which I totally agreed with. He said it would probably be the following week though. On Wednesday a crew showed up and were done and gone in 45 minutes! Absolutely outstanding job.

After receiving five bids to cut a very large Pin Oak Reliable came in as the cheapest by $1,500. I was skeptical but after reading their reviews and having a personal recommendation I decided to go with them. They were absolutely amazing!
They showed up in the morning and got to work, somehow managing to lower the limbs with no damage to the yard. All the while cleaning the area several times throughout the day rather than waiting until the end when the shavings and leaves create a thickness that cannot all be removed-which then kills the grass. When they were finished they not only had my yard absolutely cleaned, but also cleaned the street and my neighbors driveway! These guys are true professionals, and I won't hesitate to use them again. I live in the Melville area. Had a fairly large tree in my backyard that was diseased and needed to be removed. George came out and gave a competitive estimate and the crew did a phenomenal job removing the tree. The crew took great care bringing their equipment in and out of the backyard and couldn't be happier with the service. They will be back out in a few days to have the trunk removed and look forward to having them back.

100% recommend Reliable Tree Care and Removal. They came out the day after Memorial weekend tornado in Oakville with a huge crane to remove a 10,000 pound tree that fell on our house and crushed the main bedroom and destroyed half our roof.

George and his team were great. Answered all of my questions and kept me updated with scheduled service. They even came back during a holiday week to fix one little thing I wanted adjusted. Fast and friendly, definitely recommend!

Reliable Tree Care lives up to their name--they're reliable! Crew arrived on time and took care to not block neighbors' driveways. The work performed was trimming branches overhanging my backyard and deck from trees located on property in back of my lot. I live in a villa community, so connected to another single unit. I was concerned about our two-story decks being in the way since the lots are a short distance from the trees. The crew did a great job, not even a tiny branch from the trimmed trees landed on my deck and finished up in a couple hours (including removing all the debris). I got comments from a couple neighbors saying Reliable Tree did a great job and thanking me for using a tree service that took such care removing the large branches. I am more than pleased with the price and quality of work exhibited by Reliable Tree Care. Zach and his crew were punctual, professional, and methodical in their approach and execution of my job. My tree removal took 7-8 hours (it was a huge tree) and they worked consistently all the way through. They left my lawn in the same condition they found it even though the only access for the hauling the debris was straight across my yard. I would definitely use them for a future job and will be recommending to anyone I know needing tree service.

On the afternoon of May 16 a spectacular wind storm blew 1/2 of a tree (20 inches in diameter) on to the roof of our home. We determined Saturday morning that the branch had penetrated the roof. I immediately went to Reliable's office. I was told that they had another emergency job before ours but they would be there yet that morning.
Within hours the crews had arrived. They got the tree off of the roof in short order, showing great care and skill.
The quick response made it possible to get the roof repaired the same afternoon. With a 2" thunderstorm on the following Monday we were fortunate to have the house back all sealed up thanks to Reliable Tree Care.

I had part of a sweetgum tree in my backyard that was hanging over my power and internet lines. They trimmed that up, along with trimming up any deadwood on the tree. They were prompt, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The tree looks healthier, and I am happy!

It was a hard decision to lose this gentle giant but the safety, and assurance your teams delivered with epic precision was very impressive. I dont think ill ever see 4000 lbs of oak swinging by my roofline with such ease ever again. The neighbors are happy and you made a tough project very successful. Thank you for bringing in the bigger crane too!

I have used reliable tree for my sweet gum and another tree. They did a great job. They ground the stump and put seed down afterwards. By far the cheapest of estimates that we got. When I called them to trim a neighbors tree that was hanging over my pool and releasing wasp galls into the pool, Jim came right out and gave me a bid of 1,200. In the proposal it said they would remove as many lateral branches above the pool without causing harm to the oak tree. They also put that the goal is to have less gall falling into the pool. And that Jim was going to be there on site. First off, Jim was not there on site. When they came, they did the neighbors yard first and then the next day, started on my job. They removed some of the lateral branches above the pool and had the opportunity to make one more cut and take out the only branches left to make sure that no galls, and potential harm to kids, were going to fall into the pool. They worked for about an hour and 45 minutes and then started to pick up. When I asked one of the guys raking if they were going to get that last branch he said he was new and that he would get Kyle to come and talk with me about it. Kyle never came back and talked with me so I called Jim back. When I called Jim he said that they would work something out with me and call me back. He never called, and I had to reach out several more times to see if they would come and take out the last branch. He said he would show up to look at it, never came. He said he would talk to his boss and see if they could get a climber up there, and they never called me back. I wouldn’t have spent the money on having a neighbors tree trimmed if they weren’t going to remove all the branches with galls above the pool. I’m still getting galls in the pool. Although I had a good experience with reliable tree before, it’s going to be hard for me to use or recommend them again to neighbors and friends.

I have been using this company for years and have always had great service. This week the gentleman that was up in the tree went above and beyond . It was obvious he cared about the job he was doing constantly coming down to the ground and recheck his work and back up in the tree. I highly recommend this company couldn't be more pleased thanks again to Reliable Tree Care for a job well done.

I would recommend Reliable Tree Care to everybody. I had a tree growing threw my deck and close to my house. Very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and treated my house as if it was there's. The tree was cut and lifted out over my house by a crane due to neighbors not allowing them on their property. Clean up was amazing by the crew. All work was done in 1 day. Employees - job well done!

Gomez did amazing job of removing huge dying oak in our small backyard. Branches of 100 ft tree were across 3 homes, yards, balconies, garage, fences, wires.
Incredible climber designed his cuts to direct fall of each section. When needed, team used ropes/pulleys to slow fall so that nothing got damaged. Terrific work at VERY good cost.
