KV was out today to remove a tree and prune another one. I was so impressed with their professionalism. They were efficient and did a great job with clean up. Highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with KV Tree Service following our 3/14 windstorm that caused a large limb to fall on my roof, damaging my chimney, chimney cap, chimney crown and threatening my windows along with a newly installed ornamental fence. - Offering to send a crew out on Sunday — I opted for Monday instead.
- Arriving earlier than expected.

The work wasn't done as I'd hoped. Once I talked to Paul, he was determined to come make things right. Anyone can make a mistake, so do business with the one who's willing to make corrections.

This company had some kind of contract with the previous owner of our home. They had not talked to the previous owner for MANY MONTHS. In the meantime, we moved in to the home. WITHOUT CALLING AHEAD to SCHEDULE a day and time to spray, they came on our property and sprayed pesticides, then left a door hanger saying your BILL IS ON THE WAY. THE HANGER DID NOT HAVE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS NAME ON IT SO I HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE TRYING TO DO. This is a real fun thing to come home to. I don't know what they sprayed on our property without permission, they say it's not toxic, yet IT KILLS BUGS AND DOESNT WASH OFF ON THE RAIN SOMEHOW AND the hanger says to avoid touching it and keep children and pets away from the spray until it dries....hmmm sounds toxic to me!!!!!! A company that has supposedly been in business since 1954 should have encountered this problem before and adjusted their behavior. Houses get sold. People move. THEREFORE you should CALL AHEAD and get permission from the person you dealt with, and if that person doesn't answer the phone and give permission, you SHOULDN'T PUT IT ON YOUR CALENDAR TO SHOW UP AND START SPRAYING THAT PROPERTY!!!!! THIS IS COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS AFTER PROPERTIES CHANGED HANDS!!!! THEY WASTED THEIR TIME AND MY TIME TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THEY HAD DONE AND HAVING TO WORRY ABOUT BEING EXPOSED TO YET ANOTHER TOTALLY UNNECESSARY TOXIC SUBSTANCE IN THIS WORLD!!! ACCORDING TO ANOTHER YELP REVIEWER THIS APPEARS TO BE A HABIT OF THIS COMPANY, EVEN WITH SOMEONE WHO HIRED THEM TO CUT DOWN TREES, THEY FAILED TO COMMUNICATE AND SCHEDULE A SET TIME WHEN THEY CAN SHOW UP WITH SOMEONE PRESENT, SO THE WIFE HAD TO RUN OUT UNEXPECTEDLY AND STOP THEM FROM CUTTING DOWN THE WRONG TREE. THEY APPEAR TO HAVE A HABIT OF JUST SHOWING UP UNANNOUNCED, EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE NOT SPOKEN TO THE PERSON THEY HAD A CONTRACT WITH FOR MONTHS!!!!!!

Gamma Tree Expert were just that, experts! Was pleased with the time it took to take down 2 large trees in my yard AND they hauled all debris away! I highly recommend them!

The employee who gave me the estimate was very rude when I asked him a question about the estimate. His response was "if you don't like the bid go somewhere else". So I did.

Following enthusiastic endorsements from a neighborhood acquaintance, I opted to give this business a chance and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional quality of service delivered throughout.

This company is staffed by arborists who know trees and do what's best for the trees! We have them out periodically to keep our trees in good shape. We find the highly competent, professional and competitively priced.

Came into our yard to work on neighbors trees without asking our permission. Hauled equipment and debris through our yard without asking permission. Moved things around on our property and didn’t return them to where they were. Stared into our house through our windows.

In short, very unprofessional.

We had them remove three extremely large trees that became diseased in recent years. The crew worked very efficiently. They were very thorough with completing the entire job.

Called Gamma Tree Experts twice in two weeks to ask them about my shrubs.
Never received a call back. Guess they were not interested. Not professional at all. Got the ad from my parish guide book and directory. Why advertise in that if don't answer requests for service.

There was a cat stuck in approximately 45 feet up in a tree in a wooded area for 6 days. The fire department was unable to access the tree and 3 other tree services were not interested in saving the cat. Frank from Gamma Tree Experts came out within an hour and rescued the cat. For free. Thank you!

I, like another reviewer, have called Gamma Tree Experts twice in the past few weeks. Each time - they told me that someone would return my calls, and nobody has. I just tried them a third time - and nobody is answering the phone. They might be decent at trees - but they're rubbish at returning phone calls.

Called to have arborist come to my home and examine my trees and provide an estimate for the work that needs to be done. I was told the arborist was on vacation and would call me the following Monday. No phone call so I called back the following Wednesday and was told they are booked until January and I should try back them. Don't think I will be making that call!

Called on a Friday to request a quote and was told they'd call back. Guy shows up on my property the following week unannounced and is just in my back yard taking notes. No knock, no call, just straight trespassing and nosing around my property. Then, when we told him that was unacceptable and he was trespassing, he said "oh, I don't call" and told us WE "have a problem". Lost our business.

Gamma cut a MONSTER pinoak down in my backyard that had been hit by lightning. The tree was at least 70-75 feet tall, they did in one day with almost surgical precision. It was very close to my house, landscaping and main power line. True experts!

I got several bids for this job and they were about half the price of the next cheapest bid. Don’t bother calling anyone else, these guys are fast, careful and very reasonably priced!

I called to get an estimate on a treatment for an Ash Tree that is evidently infected with borers. I spoke at length to the person who answered the phone and followed up with photos. A month later, no one has shown up nor did they call to cancel. I would give them an F for responsiveness.

If you want a company that's going to do a good job, definitely call Gamma. What separates them from other companies though is how they treat their customers. In today's day and age, that is soooooo hard to find. I've dealt with so many companies that don't put their customer first, so dealing with a company that does means the world to me. I had a huge pin oak tree in my backyard, and I know that can't be an easy tree to cut down. of course when you have the right tools of the trade and all the necessary equipment plus the knowledge and experience, it makes it a lot easier. they did the job quick and they did it right. If you want a company that is going to go above and beyond, make sure you give Gamma a call. They are a stand-up company.

They are the best! Did an amazing job for a great price. I highly recommend them to you! They are usually very busy, but I can assure you its worth it to get on their list and wait for them to take care of your trees.

This tree company, woah! They cut down 7+ trees (most of them pretty large good sized trees), trimmed back several tree canopies from over my house, trimmed my shrubs for such a low price I couldnt believe it & so quickly and professionally. They set the bar high! There was NO WAY I could afford to do all that work without this company (& kevin from the housing authority). ALL that work for the price it another company (lowest bid I could find) to cut down one large evergreen.

We have been waiting since march of 2021 to get trees removed by Gamma. Have called several times - no success. So finally found someone A+ most reasonable prices
