They did a service for my neighbor and ended up doing damage to my fence and camper. Some of their employees drug my camper (on stands) into my yard and making it incredibly hard to retreive and doing even more damage to it. They also left cable lines down in my yard.

After endless calls to get then to come out and fix the fence and request that i be there to make sure they do it correctly they came out without notifying me and did a poor job of fixing it. There are still cable lines down in my yard as well.

Warning of caution! My recent experience was not as smooth as I would have liked it to be and the company was not disclosing information up front. It took numerous calls to figure out what was going on.

Here are the issues I ran into:
1. Calling and getting an estimate for Wildwood, beware, you are transferred when you call the main number.
2. I received my estimate which was left on my door - which was prompt. (good)
3. When I agreed with the estimate, I called to see when this would take place and I was told that people have been waiting since June and they didnt know when they could come out. That would have been nice to know when it was bidded.
4. I called back again to see if I was on the schedule, and they lost my paperwork and had issues figuring out my house (20 min wait on the phone) - took me talking to the owner (Tom) to help me out.
5. The removed the tree without any issues finally after pushing the urgency of my tree. (good)
6. I receive my bill today and they included additional charges for services that were not rendered ( stump removal). I had to use my ring camera to verify it was not completed and call the company AGAIN to let them know I was removing this charge from my bill and paying the original estimate for the removal of my tree. The response was, " I hate how they bill that out" " As I told you, the stump removal would be schedule for a later time" - well no thanks! Already handled.
7. Removal was clean and good, just the hoops you have to jump through.

I only called for a quote and the lady who took my call was very nice. However, the person who did the estimate didn’t even bother to read the notes that asked for the person who was doing the estimate to contact us when they arrived. The person did not, when he finally called the estimate didn’t have everything we wanted to be done. Mistakes happen, but I called and left a message regarding the lack of service. I get a call from what I now know to be the owner/ manager who actually pretty much started his conversation saying he didn’t need my business. Please understand I remained professional with each conversation including the one the owner/manager had with me when he called and went off. I was so disgusted with the lack of professionalism I couldn’t even fathom giving him business. I am willing to pay for good service, but this was just beyond me. For someone to own a business and be so unprofessional blows my mind, but I guess customer service doesn’t matter anymore.

I contacted Gamma in July, 2018, because I wanted an arborist to advise us on trimming back trees overhanging the roof. I wanted the job done correctly so that it would not damage our trees. I was told it might be 6 - 8 weeks. I understood that. [I also had an emergent job, for which they referred me elsewhere, but I made it clear that I wanted THEM to still do the tree trimming.) When I had heard nothing in 8 weeks, I called them again. I was told, somewhat hostilely, that I needed to have signed a contract. I pointed out that I had not been sent one. They did then come out, and I got a contract, which I signed promptly - which put me at the bottom of the waiting list.

When the trimmers DID come out (11/19), the owner/arborist was not with them to let the trimmers know what was to be done - and I was asked to provide that information. If I had the expertise to advise on these matters, I wouldn't have needed an arborist in the first place.

Not impressed.

Gamma Tree Experts provided me with outstanding service! They exceeded all of my expectations, so thank you, so much. They provided a timely & reasonable estimate to cut down & haul away 30 year old, overgrown juniper bushes which needed the roots ground out. They accomplished all with no disruption to my home & the clean up was perfect. I will never use anyone else. They are true professionals.

I did not contract with gamma for tree service, but my neighbors did. Long story short some damage happened to inground drainage pipes and found some holes in yard from dropping large tree limbs on my property(they did ask prior to doing so), not really preventable when doing the job I get it. I contacted gamma to explain what went on. They sent someone out to inspect and was told they would be back out to fix, shortly after they did come out to repair the damage. They stood behind their word, I respect that as many companies would not.

Gamma was doing work in my neighbor's yard, and a section of a very dead tree fell and damaged our aluminum rail fence. in one business day they had the whole thing cleaned up and the damaged section perfectly replaced, at no cost to us.

This, I believe, is the true measure of a contractor's quality:
what do they do when there is a "a problem".

Gamma proved themselves to be top-notch professionals.

I needed a large dying Oak Tree removed. After getting several bids, I decided to go with Gamma. Tom took the time to explained what was involved to remove this MONSTER tree I had. I'm so glad I selected Gamma. I am very pleased with the work. His crew was great and the staff was very responsive and polite.

Tom Gamma and his staff are excellent! They are always quick to respond to any tree related emergencies. They have done an excellent job trimming and pruning our trees as well. In addition, they are very meticulous about cleaning up any debris at the time the job is completed. The best part of all, they are reasonably priced when compared to other tree companies. I absolutely love their honestly .

I had Joshua Cash and his crew come out today. They did a very good job and explained everything they did thoroughly

I had Gamma Tree Experts deadwood my trees and I’m glad I did. They did what was contracted and asked that I review their work to make sure I was satisfied. They cleaned and raked the debris and left my yard looking better than when they arrived! I will be using Gamma again this spring!

I could not be happier with the service I received from Gamma Tree Experts. I had a huge stump with exposed roots here and there in the yard that needed to be removed. The job was scheduled quickly and the team who did the work exemplify professional. I was in awe at how quickly and efficiently the work was done. Rich came by to give me a quote and it was a very pleasant experience. He's knowledgeable and very helpful in suggesting what needed to be done and what to expect. The two team members who came out to do the work just blew me away. Except that the stump is gone, you can't tell they were ever here. Great job, great clean up, & really hardworking, pleasant guys. I recommend Gamma Tree Experts for all your tree work! 5 stars, for sure!!

The crew did an excellent job and cleaned up very well. I had a small question regarding the results, and they were out to fix everything up without a hassle. I wouldn't hesitate to consider Gamma for future work.

I called them, and got a quick estimate from Gamma. Soon after, I called them to set up a date for work to be done on the trees. The secretary said they would call back to set up a date within 48 hours… It’s been over 3 months, and they never did call back. Total waste of my time! If I could give them a Zero star, I would.

Tom was the arborist that quoted the work at my house, and he also over saw the completion of the work. He was extremely professional and easy to work with. After his initial quote most of our contacts was over the phone until the crew showed up to complete the work, at which point he stopped in to check on the progress and the crew several times. The office was also easy to reach and very helpful with some of my request when I managed to lose paperwork or needed updates on the project.

The workers that showed up to remove the trees and then out the limbs on the others were very professional and friendly. They worked extremely well with each other, and they were also very helpful and courteous to my family during the time that they were here. The crew also went above and beyond what was required of them by removing additional limbs at the request of my wife and other family members to ensure The proper lock and clearance needed for our new solar panel installment. The crew was also extremely professional when it became time to complete the project, they removed all of the debris and cleaned up any remnants left along with some limbs that I had trimmed a week earlier.

Gamma tree service preformed their services extremely well and I would have no issue referring them to friends and family, I definitely will use them again myself. Several other community members stop by to inquire about their services. I even notified Tom that my neighbor would like to get a quote for work on some of his trees.

Uncommunicative business and with minimal effort performed. Also they try charging more than what is on the agreed contract. Not good business practices

Gamma Tree Experts just finished taking down a massive tree in my backyard and I could not be more impressed with their tree removal service. The team was polite and professional, taking every opportunity to keep my yard as clean as possible and to communicate effectively about what they’re doing. They took great precautions to keep both their team and my home safe, which was a big concern of mine as this tree was HUGE and very close to my house. They were also very affordable, especially for the level of knowledge and experience that each of them brings to the field. It was an absolute pleasure to watch them work so efficiently. I have no doubt that Gama is the only company that we’ll be using and recommending from now on.

Took giant limbs from neighbors tree over my pool. Did a great job and not so much as a leaf in my pool. Did extra while in the tree and were professional and friendly. Same company saved another tree for me a few years ago. No one else knew what to do. My first call always

Omg!! So my 1 year old cat got stuck in a tree for 3 days!!!! I called animal control.. NO ANSWER, I called humane society couldn’t help BUT!! Within 2hours of calling them they came out & got her from the tree

If you want the best call Gamma Tree experts. They just finished a 3 day project at my house. Professional, courteous experts. Quick clean and gave my house a new look and made my house much safer from tree damage, Had major tree limbs and a huge tree removed from over my house and i wanted the best. I’ve used this company in the past and was disappointed this last time. Spent over $2800 for tree removal and tree trim to receive subpar customer service. The actual work was fine but in the process had to deal with rude employees and the tree cutters cut my internet line while cutting tree down and they never said a word to me. It was pretty obvious that it was cut but I had to investigate myself when my internet suddenly went out. I called company after they finished the job and got paid to complain about this. The receptionist told me should would let them know and they would call me back. Never heard back from them. I will be sure not to use them again.
