Done Right was a great company to work with. Other companies would come to quote and would take a month to give me the actual quote. Done Right came and quoted everything within an hour. Mark did a great job working with me to update my quote in a timely manor. He also made suggestions on landscape and draining. We wanted a specific type of rock and they were able to fine exactly what I was looking to achieve. I will for sure reach out to them on future projects.
The team came out to resolve a water run off issue from our neighbor and also included a few improvements (pad for shed, sod, redo downspouts). I had an old stone retaining wall of 55 years, which was literally crumbling and needed to be replaced. I had several companies come out and provide estimates. Done Right, however, provided the estimate along with all of the detailed information to complete the project. Everything that I discussed with Adam Rose, our DRL Consultant, was included in the bid. And I liked the idea of describing the various steps towards how the project was going to be completed. We were all on the same page, materials were ordered and the project was completed. I was impressed how professional Jeremiah, Raul and Joshua got the job done. At the beginning of each day, we huddled for a few minutes, discussed progress and went to work. The new retaining wall is beautiful and functional. The work exceeded my expectations. It was a real job to demo the old wall, but the team did it. I could not have done it myself; no way!. And the choice of stone compliments the rest of my house. I am impressed with the courtesy and pride DRL takes in the work they do. I highly recommend Done Right Landscapes!
Three guys knocked out our project in less than 4 days of work. We were shocked at the speed and quality of work by Armando, Ernesto, and Rogelio. The quote process was clear and simple - they were patient with our questions and requests. The only thing we would have preferred is more of a heads up when they were starting and progress updates along the way. If not each day, then just a general estimate for each step would have kept us from guessing what was coming next or when weather delays might be coming. They were very responsive and communicative about everything else and like I said, the job was done very quickly. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and the overall turnout. The experience has left us re-imagining what else is possible with our yard and how we might sign these guys up for another project in the future. Highly Recommend!
