Read moreGreat company. Knowledgeable staff. Clear & Precise communication. We had our share of obstacles to overcome, but their team resolved promptly without exception. I was fully prepared to be highly disappointed, but they proved me wrong. I will highly recommend & look forward to doing business with SS again.
Septic tank pumping I highly recommend Septic Services. Great office staff, an excellent technician, prompt and timely service at a fair price. If you have never had a pleasant, stress free experience with septic tank issues then you haven't used Septic Services Co. in Union MO I highly recommend them - 5 stars isn't enough!!
Septic services did a great job installing a new aeration tank, the y got the permit quickly and finished in one day. Price was comparable to most other companies. I Recommend this company

UPDATE: The owner of this business saw my review & came out personally to talk to me. He was very kind and professional, & apologized/took responsibility for the issues that they've had in their office. They are working on improving those issues and should be back to the excellent service we're used to soon. The weather was also a reason as to why the delays - which I understand - but still the owner agreed that the way things were handled in the office were less than ideal. We also talked about the Wi-Fi cables being cut - we have a pasture that we use for horses; and so that we could maintain as much pasture as possible (because originally the septic field would have taken a pretty large portion), they pushed the septic site over as much as they could. This caused it to move into the dish site, which is understandable. I do appreciate that they allowed us to keep more of our pasture than we had expected & so being without Wi-Fi for the time that I've been without it is worth it in the long run because I'm able to keep more land for the horses. Again, I'd like to note the crew that came out to do the work was top tier - on time, efficient, professional. I do recommend them for septic needs as they are very competitively priced, do quality work, and the owner is engaged, takes responsibility, and takes action as needed. That in itself speaks volumes to me. _____________________ We've been a customer of septic services for years. In late January 2022, I contacted them to replace our septic system. They priced it, planned it, and said at that time they were 14 weeks out. We paid up front as they asked. 2 months later, I called just to see if we were still on the same timeline as I know weather can cause delays. I was told by a woman in the office that we were "still pretty low on the list" and that the weather had been an issue. Understandable. A month later I called again to check the timeline. I was told the same thing. I noticed that I had to ask very specific questions because the woman in the office I was dealing with was extremely vague. A month later, now May, I called again. I was told that we were "about halfway" on the list. In June I called. Same thing. July I call. Now I'm told that we're higher on the list and it could potentially be by the end of the month. Okay....good news, right? August comes around and no Septic Services. I call again. Now I get a different woman in the office who seems to have no idea what's going on with my account and why no one has called me. Apparently they need to get a permit. THEY HAVE HAD OUR MONEY SINCE THE FIRST PART OF FEBRUARY AT THIS TIME - originally told us less than 4 months to get it done - and now I'm told they haven't even started the process to get the appropriate permits?!? I ask for the timeline - they say it takes about a month. Ridiculous. At that point I'm told a supervisor will call me back. Well, he doesn't call back when I'm told he's supposed to, so I call again a couple days later. The new woman I'm speaking to (she is very nice) apologizes and says he was out of the office but I'll get a call back asap. The supervisor calls me and explains that whoever was originally handling my account in the office left the company and apparently the ball was dropped on getting the permit. So we're now 7 months into a job that was originally quoted under 4. They start the permit process - it takes every bit of one month. And we have to call them to get the updates - all of a sudden, one day we call (they don't call us, WE call them) and we're told "it JUST got approved, we'll be there Friday!" Ok..... They come Friday at 7:30am. The crew is professional. The supervisor arrives a little bit later and explains where they're going to put the field, etc. Its going in the front yard & we'll have to pull down a fence for it, etc - ok. They notice that there's a satellite dish that somehow wasn't noticed when they did the plans (I'm not sure how it wasn't noticed, it sits in the middle of the yard). Well, hopefully Wi-Fi or whatever isn't hooked up to that, because they were going to have to dig it up for the field. Guess what - Wi-Fi was connected to that. The septic service crew that came out & did the actual work was great - I have no complaints about how the work was actually done. They were quick, efficient, professional. But the administration of this project, the office part of it, and the planning was not a great experience. I truly hope that we were the only ones affected by this "dropped ball" in the company, and I'm glad it's over with so that I don't have to continue dealing with this headache.
