Chad Shippy and his team are top notch. They did a major commercial project for us and treated us like it was their only job. They stand behind their work and make sure any issues are satisfied. They will be at the top of the list for any future projects!

Chad and his crew showed up, explained the plan, and all the work to be done. A few hours later, we did a walk through before the city inspector showed up. Easily approval, great group of guys.

I called and tried to get a bid but several days later I received a call about my ticket had been missed placed and they could be out the next day. The bid was given to me on Friday and Monday they had the work done. They did good job and everything works and the bid was very close. They ran wire underground to my new greenhouse and added 2 boxes one for my RV and a out door plug next to the box for the greenhouse.

As new homeowners we had an issue with our sump pump, but weren’t really sure what was wrong. After explaining what was happening, they sent someone out to work on it, and he had it fixed in less than an hour. PCS was friendly, knowledgeable, timely and affordable. We will definitely be calling them again with any future issues. Thank you so much!

I would recommend this company to anyone! Outstanding service. Ross and Cole were extremely professional and got my mom’s sewer cleaned out with their expertise. The office is super helpful, answer the phones, and got their crew out ahead of schedule to help solve our problem. Outstanding service and thanks again!

PCS was able to get us in same-day. Ross and Joe were incredibly thorough, courtesy, and respectful in keeping the place clean considering the mess that had been made with the back-up. Fully recommend PCS Plumbing and will call them again if/when we need more work done.

Pcs sent there techs Ross and Cole to us for a service call.
Our water heater relief valve had been dripping, water temperature was really hot.
Afrer trouble shooting the issues they found the temperature was set to 150 degrees and we had 100 psi of water coming into our home.
They set the thermostat and checked heating elements and installed a psi regulator.
These guys know what they are doing and we couldn't have met a better pair of techs. Answered all of our concerns with courtesy and professionalism.

Love PCS plumbing. Was a first time use of their services. Call out was for a leaky valve on our hot water heater. Working with Ross the Service Manager we determined the problem was the heater was not well supported and the tank had (somehow) shifted on its mounting blocks as well. So with my rudimentary carpentry skills, and Ross’ plan to realign the water heater onto more stable supports we were able to resolve all of the underlying issues with no problem.

I’d certainly use PCS again should I require plumbing assistance in the future.

We called late Tuesday night for a leak in our basement and were able to be serviced the next day! The woman at the office Sandra was extremely friendly, returned our call first thing in the morning, and gave us updates as to what time the crew would be out. Ross arrived for the repair and was nice, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. PCS Plumbing made the process of having to call a plumber a lot less stressful.

I called Monday for garbage disposal and a non working sump pump! Got a service call very quickly. When they showed up Ross T. and Ryan went straight to work. They also checked a non heating water heater. They are very kind and friendly. Very professional. I HIGHLY recommend the PCS PLUMBING for any and all plumbing problems. Great bunch of people.

Ryan and Kody did an awesome job rerouting our sump pump discharge piping from in the house to the outside area. Very professional. I would recommend PCS Plumbing if you’re having any plumbing issues.
