Now that you know the important part . . . They were amazing. On time and done early. 3rd dig I've had in my back yard and I never even knew these guys were there. Other companies took 4 days to fix similar issues and they were done in 4 hours. Tons of utilities back there and never once hit them. I will be going back to them for my shower remodel.

I'm changing my review because I just got done having service from them and left a 5 star review, then all of a sudden their service call went up $15. In addition, they do not always return calls when they say they will. Joe does awesome work but I question the pricing sometimes.

I called PCS at 8:15 AM and they arrived at 10 AM with my replacement water heater. Joe and Landon were very knowledgeable and completely professional. The water heater was up and working by 11:15 AM. Thank you very much for your expertise and assistance.

The 2 gentlemen that came to fix problem were very polite respectful and professional. They explained everything and I was shocked there was very little mess. I will definitely hire them again. Best plumbers I've ever had. Thank you so much!!

These guys just saved me over $500!!!
Story: I called yesterday afternoon after noticing my water heater was leaking badly, and after a very pleasant phone call with a super nice lady, they came out the next morning to install a new one. Russ (the super hero tech) realized that my system looked a bit newer, so he made some phone calls and learned that it was still under warranty!

Not only did they handle my warranty claim, they picked up the new tank and only charged me for the installation! These guys are rock solid and definitely earned a loyal customer. 🤝

Miles and Joe arrived on time and promptly went to work and resolved our issue quickly. I will definitely be using PCS again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

I was really pleased with the quick service I had. Joe, the repair man was very nice and chatted with me. I showed him what was happening with my plumbing and he had all of it completed in about 2 1/2 hours.

I called PCS Plumbing to repair my toilet yesterday and was given a next day appointment. I received a call prior to my scheduled time to check if the guys could come a little earlier. How awesome was that! My toilet is now fixed. No wobble, No leaking. No mess. Great customer service from start to finish. I have no complaints whatever! A+

We called PCS to come check our water heater, Ross came that day, took out the old one, put the new one in and took away the old heater and trash. He was very kind and professional, we would recommend him and PCS to anyone who asks for a recommendation!

So the waiver is not just for the free inspection. They came and set up everything and stopped. Said they couldnt proceed without me signing the waiver. I guess its a way to buy cheap equipment and have the customer pay for replacement of it. And it locks you into using them to pay for everything they need to do to recover their faulty equipment. I figured id give you a chance again. But you proved what i initially thought. Hey at least you got my 500 for less than a hours worth of work. The techs were very nice and great at their job otherwise it would be a 1 again.

EDIT: Sorry to the company, the realtor told me it was a standard waiver for you guys, not that it was for a free service.

They wanted me to sign a liability of waiver for them to run a camera through my lines. The waiver stated that any damage resulting from their inspection or cleaning, whether on your property or not it is on the customer to pay them for any for removal of their equipment and repair of any additional repairs resulting therefrom. So i wouldnt hire a company that needs a liabilty of waiver for them to do their job. This is just a blank check for the company. Example scenario whether they would do it or not. My camera broke by the main line 60' in. We are going ro have to cut up your foundation to get to the camera. Oh and your plumbing system damaged our camera which resulted from your inspection, you are going to have to pay to have the area excavated at our price because you signed saying you would pay for it. Oh and our equipment broke so we will tac on those repairs, because that damage is therefrom the job on your property.

Wonderful experience. We had a sump pump quit working. I called first thing this morning. Joe came today to access and was able to install a new one right then.

To start Sondra fielded the calls with exceptional handling. Got Ryan and Issac for a whole system repair. These guys navigated the front mine field of phone, internet, gas, water and sewer lines with exceptional care. Even located extra cables 811 missed. Not a single issue. Like the pros they advertised had me back in business and even helped point out extra leaks and contacted water company to resolve their issues. If you want a solid solution I highly recommend PCS Plumbing! Great work yall!

Had to have aged and rusty cast iron pipes replaced from under our basement. PCS sent Ryan and Kaden. Both were professional, friendly, courteous, and VERY efficient. They were very informative and patient with all the questions we had. They thoroughly explained all the work they were doing. Plastic sheeting was placed up along walls and floors to help contain dust and debris. This very extensive work was completed in just four and a half days! Wow!
Once finished they did such an outstanding job with clean up you couldn’t tell they ever were there!
The difference now in water flow, draining, and flushing is amazing!
EXCEPTIONAL work for an EXCEPTIONAL price!

Needed my sewer line cleared. Joe and Isaac arrived on site and very professionally observed the situation, got to work, and in less than 15 minutes they power snaked the line clearing the obstruction. I really appreciate PCS for working me into their schedule. Joe and Isaac were very personable, explained the situation, reset the toilet with a new wax ring, and cleaned the area before they left. I would definitely use PCS in the future, and would hope to get Joe and Isaac again! God Bless!

I had a freeze broken pipe above a finished ceiling so called PCS Plumbing. Sondra took my call and dispatched Ross to my house in short order. Ross located and repaired the faulty pipe very quickly in just over an hour. He displayed outstanding skill and knowledge while completing the repair plus he was very personable and polite. I couldn’t ask for more plus the final price for the timely repair was very reasonable and fair. Both Sondra and Ross were a pleasure to work with. PCS plumbing will be my go-to company for plumbing in Warrensburg. Very pleased

These folks were very professional. They communicated clearly about issues that arose while replacing on our sewer line and kept us appraised of their progress. They used quality products. They were very kind, great senses of humor, and showed up promptly every workday.

Appreciate Sondra and all the guys at PCS! I noticed water leaking from my hot water heater, Ross came out and we noticed it had TWO WEEKS left on the warranty! He made a couple calls and we got it switched out without any hassle! Superb customer service, friendly team, fast, and efficient!

Jeremy, the owner leads a top tier crew that took care of my water heater, sump install, under slab rough.in basement, top rough, and so much more.

I’m sure this time of year is super busy for them, but they were out within four hours of me calling. He even gave me a one hour warning so I could get home and put up the dogs!

Matt arrived on time and was, as always, professional and kind. We have an issue with our main switch and he was more then generous by coming out and switching the system so we were able to run the Air Conditioner. Get Er Done HVAC is our go to and will continue to be the number we call.

Matt is the best! We have used Get er Done HVAC a few times since living in our home. 4 years ago we bought a new AC unit. They squeezed us in a very busy time and the price was reasonable. Today I called for an issue and they were out there within a couple of hours and solved the problem! They are always prompt with their responses, fair, and provide wonderful customer service.
