My husband and I just bought a house and the upstairs has a problem with struggling to stay cool. My husband called on a Monday and Matt came out same day to come take a look! He proceeded to give my husband many options to help our issue!! He is a very knowledgeable guy who helped us understand things well. I love that he did not jump to the most expensive fix and not pressure us into anything. We will be calling him back to schedule some services!

Our AC stopped working late Friday and Matt was able to come out first thing Monday morning. He fixed the issue on our unit and gave us an honest quote for getting it replaced. Matt was great and shared his knowledge and the steps that go into the process of replacing our unit.

Our AC wasn't properly working for a couple weeks and I requested an online appointment this morning. Matt responded quickly within an hour and came by to clean and cool our AC unit. He was fast, very effective, and knowledgeable. Thank you so very much for saving the day! We highly recommend him! 😁

Our furnace quit, on a Saturday, on the coldest day of the year! I called their 24 hour emergency number and a technician arrived in less than an hour and fixed us right up. Five stars doesn’t cut it, I would give them ten stars! Please don’t hesitate, if you need HVAC help call these great folks

We've always used Air Design for our heating & cooling repairs or installations. They've always offered competitive prices and excellent customer service. The technicians are also right on time and so nice!

I called because of an issue with my furnace. I was told I had a transformer that had blown and needed replaced before further troubleshooting. After having the new transformer installed we were told there was an issue with the defrost board for running electric heat on the heat pump. Technician told us to just run off of gas heat while waiting for the replacement part. As soon as we were running the gas heat, i noticed the outside unit kept kicking on. (Thermostat was set to aux heat) I then noticed the thermostat was getting very hot. We ended up having to take it off of the wall. Even when the unit was turned off it was still coming on outside. Taking it off the wall, thus disconnecting it was the only way to shut it off. I made 2 calls asking for a callback from the technician about the issue but never received a call back. Finally I received a call from a different tech saying our part had come in. This different tech, Tyler came out and I told him of our new issue. He replaced the defrost board and found our thermostat had went bad. Just strange it had NEVER malfunctioned until after the first tech disconnected and reconnected a board. I want to clarify that Tyler was great. It just really sucks that we had a whole new issue that I couldn't even get a call back on that started after one repair had been completed. We never had the overheating issue before the work. I previously have always been happy with air designs work, but after having to have my thermostat replaced (when it was woekinf fine before) I won't use them again.

Air Design was able to fit me into their schedule fairly quick! So thankful they were able to get my ac fixed so promptly during these high 90s/ low 100s temps.

Our AC went out during the heat spell a couple weeks ago and Air Design was able to get a technician over the next afternoon to help us out! Travis came out and was very professional and quick!

Not a good experience. I wished we would have been more informed. They installed a $1000.00 blower and over $200 in labor & mileage, we would have invested in a new HVAC system since the unit is over 30 years old. It did NOT fix the problem called another HVAC COMPANY and it was a sensor he had it up and running in 25 minutes for $80.

Tyler did a great job. They fixed things to I can easiydo preventative maintenance.

I had the following service provided by Air Design Heating and Cooling. Install of a new TRANE XR14 14 SEER 3 TON HEAT PUMP, SERIAL TRANE 3 TON COOLING COIL, which included the removal of the old equipment, all materials, duct transitions, piping wiring. From the first visit to the final completion of the maintenance I could not have been more satisfied. The techs arrived at 8:30 and finished the completed install by 1:00 as promised. I can't say enough good things about my experience with AD Heating and Cooling, the Techs were friendly and very knowledgeable, explained what was being done and the install progress...when completed they left the area cleaned up and system working. They answered all my questions and concerns prior to departing, I would highly recommend Air Design Heating and Cooling, they were a pleasure to work with and provided quality service. I will use for any future work!

Called on a Saturday and the initial response was great. Technician arrived and quoted some additional work and stated he would call that Monday to schedule the next appointment. After never being called and me reaching out to the company four separate times, I was eventually told that the owner wanted to come look at my A/C and quote the work (that I was already quoted), but it would be two days before he could come out (I had already been waiting nine days before I was told this information) and it would be about two weeks until it would be done. No thanks. We were able to get someone else out the next day and get the work we needed done in less than two hours.

I've just used Air Design for two recent projects. A new system in one house and a move of a system to another. Both projects went very well and I am very satisfied with the work done. The gentlemen doing the work were professional and on time. I have been happy with their work for the last 20 years and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you!

Our heater would not start at all, so we called and not even a hour later Brian shows up. He was able to get us up and running and answered questions I had about the furnace. He was friendly and professional I will definitely be calling back in the future anytime we have issues. They really are a amazing company.

Over labor weekend our air conditioning went out. And after four days of enduring a hot and humid house (didn’t want to pay for “emergency” service) we called Air Design Tuesday afternoon more than ready for a technician to come out and troubleshoot the issue. 15 minutes later their technician Adam came out and sure enough we had cold air running an hour later. Both the service I received with this company, and the customer support we received with Adam was excellent to say the least. I definitely recommend Air Design Heating and Cooling.

My furnace quit working on a tuesday morning. The technician, Travis I think his name was, came out and diagnosed the issue and informed me that he would have to order the parts. Wednesday afternoon he came and replaced them, and had me up and running again within 30 minutes. I got my bill a week later, for $79 plus the price of my part, and was able to call in and pay it over the phone. The lady who works in the office was very professional and made sure that I was happy with my first experience with her company. Travis was well educated and made sure to get me fixed up as fast as he could. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

We have an off-brand mini-split system that a lot of other companies refused to work on. A friend suggested Air Design and while it took a little bit for our schedules to line up (my fault, not theirs), Travis was able to come and fix the issue in less than an hour. He was kind, courteous, efficient, and wonderful to work with. We'll never use anyone else for our heating and cooling; we highly recommended these guys with no reservations!

I have used this company for several years and am very pleased with the service. Alice, the office professional, always is friendly and helpful. Tyler does an excellent job of letting me know what he did to be sure that my HVAC system is functioning as it should. I have no problem giving this company 5 stars!

Christmas Eve our family woke up and the heater was out. Most technicians won't answer the phone but when I called he answered promptly. I Could tell I woke him up but he sounded as nice as possible that early. He came out in a reasonable amount of time and had a good personality and working knowledge. 20+years of experience he explained what he was looking at and helped restore the heat. Excellent service. Air Design just installed a new Trane AC and furnace in our home, and we are very pleased with how they showed up at our house on time, their thorough clean-up, friendliness and professionalism. Derek answered all our questions in an understandable way, and clearly has the knowledge and experience that's necessary to install such an important system. We are very happy and definitely recommend Air Design to anyone.
