Derek, Mark and the crew where very professional and their workmanship is exceptional. It is not often that other sub-contractors go out of their way to mention the neatness and high quality of install, but we had several do so. They installed heating and AC units in our new construction for both the shop and living areas. We couldn't be happier with their work.

AirDesign was great to work with! They were professional and got the job done quickly. They turned our mess around and got our heat running correctly in the middle of winter with negative temps. I would recommend them to family and friends!

I can't say enough good things about this company. This is my 3rd time using them and every time they responded quickly and had my AC back up n running within hrs of calling them. Third time was for my furnace and they once again responded quickly. Had the parts needed and no sticker shock when I received the bill. I will only call this company for my heating and AC repairs.

OUTSTANDING (as always)! Air Design is very professional and extremely proficient in servicing our heating/cooling system. Their skilled personnel performed our Fall annual maintenance in preparation for the Winter heating season to include replacement of the system’s humidifier filter and we are more than happy with the service provided. Took 2 weeks from first phone call to completed work. 2 weeks without air; luckily it wasn’t too hot yet. Yes, one of the days was a holiday, but the call was placed well before that. Was told that I would receive an estimate by the end of the day-it took 3 days. I gave the go-ahead for the work-had to call back, only to find the parts hadn’t been ordered. Had to call again to see what the heck was going on-magically THAT day they were finally able to come out WITH the part? Highly questionable that the ball wasn’t dropped a few times. Receptionist was very kind and responsive.

We have worked with Air Design a few times now with different needs and always been very impressed with the service they have provided. They are prompt to respond to needs and always very friendly when doing the work. We would highly recommend their services!

I had an awesome experience working with Air Design Heating and Cooling. I gave them a call in the morning when I woke to a cold house, and that afternoon they were there to fix my heater. The technician was on time, polite, and fixed the issue in no time. The service call was a price I thought was extremely reasonable and I highly recommend Air Design to anyone with HVAC needs.

Initial phone call was professional and courteous, unfortunately they could not give me a specific time for an appointment, but told me it would probably be later the next day. Surprise, surprise. About 45 minutes after I called, the technician called and asked if he could stop in and take a quick look on his way home as I was only a few minutes out of his way.

Upon arrival he was professional and clearly knew his job well. He thoroughly tested the system after the repair and assured me if any future issues should occur, he would come back out. If only all service repairs could be so pain free.

I was given a call to let me know they were on their way and to ask if it was OK. They arrived promptly. Technicians quickly diagnosed the issues I described, and after a quick trip to the shop for specific parts, began the repair that also included attic time. Repair finished, clean up good, and they were on their way.

Great company and service. The tech who came out was very knowledgeable and informative. He even took the time to answer all my questions .Will definitely be calling them in the future.

Had our air conditioning quit on us. They were very quick to respond had a service man arrive within six hours. And did an excellent job. answered all our questions, very courteous and professional.

They were efficient, respectful & polite. They explained a plan for us, delivered exactly what we talked about, removed our old set up, installed our new system & cleaned up afterwards. We are very well pleased!

We use Air Design for our personal and investment homes because of their service and the Trane brand reputation. On this specific project, Brandon did a great job as usual. He gave me a bid in a timely fashion along with an estimated time of install. When the unit came in, he contacted me to schedule install and the install crew completed quickly and efficiently! Air Design is top notch!

Highly recommend! Quick, courteous, and knowledgeable. They installed our new heating and air system 14 years ago, and still going strong. We recently had our first issue, and they were very prompt on figuring it out. Thank you Air Design, lifetime customer.

They got the job done on a commercial property I own in town. But after I got the bill I called another company in town to ask what they charge for R-410 refrigerant and it was 25% less than this company. If you are cost conscious, just shop around a bit.
