Reviews of local pros in Webster Groves, Missouri

Jason was great - pleasant and helpful. He figured out how to best solve the problem, explaining his thought process along the way. I just moved into town and this was the first time I needed a plumber. Feels like I got lucky calling Linek.

Seth, Service Manager, installed our water heater today. I was very impressed with the service I received and happy. Seth was prompt, professional, courteous, patient, educated, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He didn't get irritated when I asked questions he happily shared his knowledge with me. I have to say he was a breath of fresh air. Having people in your home for repairs can be stressful but he made the morning pleasant and I appreciate him and his assistant. I would recommend him and would use this company again for sure.

We’ve used Linek for years. They’re an old reliable company. Great office staff. They are always on time for appointments. In the past, they responded quickly to an emergency leak. Most recently, Jason installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a faulty garbage disposal, installed a tricky new cartridge in a shower faucet, and installed a bidet toilet seat, all in about 2 hours. Always great service.

Outstanding service. Linek was able to come out faster than any other service and fairly priced. Jake was even willing to let me watch (teach a man to fish! 🎣)

These guys are the real deal. Super friendly, informative and skilled. They did soffit and fascia repair/replacement along with the gutter work. I can’t praise them enough. Thanks again, fellas!

Very professional, excellent work, and super friendly!

Dude came out, fixed my gutters, pet my dog, and was done within the hour.

Honest, hard working, and fare on his prices. Would recommend.

Gutterheads drummed up a quote in double-time. Glad I snared a deal. Beats doing it myself.

Left a message about gutter cleaning. Never got a return call. Subtract the one star.

Gutter Heads do great work. They even helped me with some landscaping.

He showed up quickly and knocked out the work easily. Good pricing, nice dude.

Got onto their scheduled quickly. Great job fixing and cleaning my gutters. Friendly. Will definitely use Gutter Heads again!

I've called several times but your mail box is full so there's no way to leave a message. Is this company still in business? Thank you.

They did a great job adding gutter guards and cleaning out my gutters. Living by lots of trees it's great to know I won't have to deal with future damage from all the leaves blocking water! Would definitely recommend!

Hired to clean my gutters and install gutter guards. Did a great job, and were prompt and professional. I recommend using them.

They did a great job on a soffit repair and gutter cleaning. Very professional work and great pricing. I'll be using them again in the future. Highly recommend.

I submitted a quote request online and heard back from Oren within a few hours, same day. He made it out before the end of the week. He was super responsive via email, prompt and professional, and did a quality job. We would work with them again and recommend to others!

This company was the best Google find yet! Our gutters had a leak in one spot and were overflowing leading to leaks in our basement. The contractor was extremely professional and gave us several options for how to solve our issues without breaking the bank. After the new record of the most rainfall within 24 hours for our region, we are EVER SO GRATEFUL for this company's magic as we didn't have ANY LEAKS in our basement!! This company was easy to work with and worth every penny! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not quite the quality I was looking for. The mesh just kind of sinks down into the gutter and allows leaves to accumulate on top. I still have to get on my ladder and clean the gutter. I was under the impression that they would apply over the scupper box but they didn’t so I still have to pay attention to the that. The gutter and downspout setup coming off my garage looks weird and I don’t like to look at it because it makes me mad I paid for that. Would not use or recommend gutter heads again. Oren is a nice guy but the job he did on my house left a lot to be desired unfortunately.

Crew arrived exactly as scheduled and completed gutter cleaning and guard installation quickly and efficiently. James and his crew deserve the 5 stars. Completely recommend this quality company!
