We've been with Ozark for about a year now and have had MAYBE 2-3 issues, all of which were either really not a big deal (trash can in the road, etc.) or were resolved in a timely and professional manner. They are very kind, hard working people and definitely one of the most affordable options around.

I've been using Ozark Refuse for almost 4 years. I highly recommend them. Great service, great rates, and I love the addition of online bill pay.

Excellent pricing. Excellent service - an actual person answers the phone AND is pleasant! The difference between Ozark Refuse and my previous company is night and day. The person who answers the phone has a personality, is helpful, and explains pricing well. I have saved so much over our previous company! I highly recommend Ozark Refuse. And they offer recycling, as well. We just added that on.

Trash was missed twice in a month so I put my can in the street.

Ozark refuse has great customer service. They notify for any changes in service, due to weather. They have always picked up our trash on a timely basis.

I've been disappointed by a couple other trash service providers in Springfield. I saw the overwhelming recommendations for Ozark Refuse on Facebook and decided to give them a try. One of the best decisions I've made! I've been with them a couple years and plan to continue to use them in the years to come.

Stopped picking up my trash. Never replied to my messages. Was not willing to resolve the issue. Cancelled.

Edit: Then maybe you should update your website with requirements and properly communicate requirements which you did not. Your bin has been at the curb for 50 days!!! I requested twice to take your bin and nothing happened.

Ozark Refuse is cheapest option, but the company has "company is always right" culture. They are absolutely refusing to resolve the issue. It seems they peak into your trash bean every time them pick your trash to find few bush trimmings or old pot and completely ignore you afterwards. My recommendation is to pay more and go with automated services and avoid all headache.

We’ve been using Ozark Refuse for a few years now and have been extremely happy with them. They are very consistent in their pricing and service. We even got a neighborhood discount for using them. Highly suggest them for your trash and recycling needs.

Great price, excellent service that you can count on! Our previous trash and recycling company had been missing our pickup, not willing to pick up any extra (due to them skipping or missing our service for a week or TWO), and not willing to reimburse us for the missed ones due to their issues. Plus, they were substantially more expensive. Ozark refuse has been great about everything! We would definitely recommend (and we do!!) their services to everyone!

Ozark Refuse has been the best trash company that I’ve dealt with over the years. I love how they put their drivers first when the weather is bad. If I ever have an issue they take care of it right away. I highly recommend.

Im on automatic pay. They have refused to pick up my trash. They said my road is blocked. It's never been. Then they said I forgot to put my bin out. It's been out curbside for over three weeks now. They are bold face liars. Still have not received a call back like I requested. Maybe they'll call me back now.

Staff and trash men are always kind and courteous. The rates are very reasonable!

I’ve used them for service the past couple years. The pickup times were always very inconsistent, sometimes drivers would say they didn’t see the container and wouldn’t pick it up. Last straw was this last weekend, we set the container down by the street early in the morning, later that evening it still wasn’t collected and so I emailed asking about the situation. Never got a response even though I waited until almost lunch to call and ask. They say the driver didn’t see the container and never tried to make it right by coming to pick it up or credit the account or anything like that. They just let me get frustrated with their horrible customer service which ended in me canceling service from them. Would not recommend them to anyone looking for a good waste pickup service.

**I called and spoke to someone in the office this morning. They say they came by at 2:30pm, it was taken down around 7am. I replied to an email I got from them at 4:08pm yet you sit here and say you don’t use email for communication yet that’s where the communication started. You’re a joke. Tiny trucks, never on time, and the “Owner” responds on here like a true keyboard warrior 👇🏼

I usually wait before posting a review but Ozark Refuse deserves better than that. Called and set up services with no problem. The woman was kind (thank you!) and a breathe of fresh air in comparison to the last company we won’t even give power to by naming.

I called Wednesday. Thursday (today) the bin was here. But the best part is, whoever dropped it off was respectful of our property and brought it all the way up our driveway. It was kindly placed in between the 2 garage doors. Whoever you are.. thank you for the small kindness that goes a long way.

$60 for 3 months is the cheapest in the area that I’ve found. Also the best customer service. I cannot say enough great things about this company and I’m only 2 days in. They certainly know how to make an impression!!! I would give more stars if I could!

Ozark Refuse is the best service I have ever had! And their prices are fair.

I do not recommend this trash service! Like most trash companies we pre pay 3 months at a time but they have not taken our trash for the last two weeks because “it’s to heavy” even though my little 5’2 wife wheeled it out to the curb no problem. This isn’t the first time they have missed picking up our trash or even our neighborhood trash. They should put on their website or Facebook or anywhere that there is a weight limit. The longer they wait to get it the more it’s going to weigh.

Ozark is pretty awesome! Never had an issue with them and they always get our trash. Even when we have overfilled the can they are kind enough to take it anyways. We try to give the trash men water if they come by when we are home. It’s not a job everyone wants but it’s a job someone has to do. Respect to those guys!

Also, the person who is responding to reviews is straight savage and needs to be protected. Best entertainment I’ve had in years LOL!

Guys, what is going on? I’ve been a customer since 2017 and I’ve never not paid you on time. You missed picking up my trash again this week. It’s been two weeks in a row now. I called last week and was assured it wouldn’t happen again. Do I need to find someone else? I called and left you a message. Please call me back.

Update: after 8 years of service, I’ve given up. It’s been three weeks since they have collected my trash and I’ve made repeated calls. They’ve broken promises repeatedly. I’ll also note they’ve changed their Google business profile name to “Ozark” to make it harder for the customers they are failing to leave reviews. AVOID.

Ozark Refuse is wonderful! We had a ton of problems with our other carrier. They would be late or not show for extended times. They also wouldn't show up on days they promised. I've had absolutely no problems and have used Ozark Refuse for over a year.

Recently moved here to the area, and paid for my refuse service a year in advance to lock in discount pricing. So far after three months of service I am quite happy with the service I have received so far! I have heard heard several negative reviews given to me from my neighbors in my immediate community about other providers and I am so happy I chose the right providers the first time around! Thank you to the staff from the receptionist who took my request for service to the gentlemen who pick up my refuse each week and to the staff that I don’t see that make it all work behind the scenes!!
