I love Ozark refuse. They are great. Reasonable prices. Great communication when there will not be pick up due to a holiday or inclement weather. And, when I moved, I realized I told them I gave them the wrong date to move my sevice but when I called back to correct it, they couldn’t have been more gracious about changing it to the date I needed.

I often see other people’s dumpsters with a different company and just wonder… “Why?”

I love Ozark Refuse and tell people about it whenever it comes up. Anyone who gives them one star I automatically know something is wrong with them. My favorite part is the woman who answers the phone — she’s SUPER EFFICIENT and they’re always the shortest phone calls I have. Also thry don’t sneakily increase their prices. I put them on autopay, and had my card cancelled for fraud prevention, then the auto payment failed, and Ozark Refuse only added a $1 penalty. I’m never leaving them!

Had a major Winter storm and trash was backed up for 2 weeks which is understandable, but on the day you finally pick up the excessive amount of trash overflowing and blocking the driveway should be early in the AM not when I call after 9 am you rudely tell me they Have All Day To Pick it up! Do u not know where your drivers are or have a way to find out?Unprofessional

I love Ozark Refuse! They have been a wonderful, reliable company! I much prefer to be working with a locally owned company where you can speak with a real person. They have great communication and great, reasonable prices. I recommend them to anyone who asks!

It’s a gorgeous day outside and your guys just came down my street having a great time, shouting out to the guys from another company who passed them, just loving life. Very cool. We have always had a great experience with this company, but your employees being so happy shows you’re doing something right.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. We’ve had this company for almost 9 months and in that time I’ve had to haul off my own garbage SIX times because they simply didn’t bother to pick it up. I’ve called TEN times (all recorded, by the way) and nothing ever changes.

They drive right past full cans sitting by the road and if they miss you, good luck—because they won’t come back for a week. They overcharge, ignore their customers, leave a mess behind, and are NEVER on time when they do bother to show up.

Save yourself the headache. Do NOT sign up for this service. You’ll regret it from week one.

Very professional, reasonable price, clean work habits. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this company and will hire him again for all my future electrical needs.

This guy is sad to do business with. They promise to finish things but haven’t followed through and they’ve had 4 months to make good on their word. Left a new home build with electrical issues, switches not installed, lights the wrong color, cabinet undermount lights not installed, allowed GFCI outlets to be covered up by Sheetrock and granite without knowing where they put outlets, under cabinet electric outlets just open wires. We had told them we wanted dimmers. That wasn’t ever installed but paid for. We have switches in every room that don’t control anything. After all that, we just wanted them to finish up a few hours of work. But just continued to say and text “very soon” even after being paid in full.

Asked for months to finish the job that was paid in full, always “soon”

So if you enjoy being lied to, and being taken advantage of, then these are your guys. Apparently a man’s word doesn’t mean anything with this company. So now we have to hire another electrician to finish a job and spend money to take them to court to recover the lost funds. Don’t bother with this company. Find yourself an actual electrician.

They came out fast, fixed my problem, and their price beat everyone else.
