Had a heating issue with my 1 year old furnace system. Burners would turn off within 10 seconds after starting. Woke up this morning, and my house was at 59°. Called Expert heating and Air and was greeted by Anatoliy. He was kind enough to guide me through the troubleshooting steps on face time. Within 10 minutes, we identified the problem and I was able to fix it. Expert Heating and Air saved my holidays. I would strongly advise anyone who experience furnace issues not to hesitate and call them. 5 stars from me

Tony came to our house the same day I called to diagnose our AC. I called three other companies and they were a week out. He diagnosed and was back out before 9:00 AM the next morning to top off our more difficult to find refrigerant.
He gave me a quote for a new system that was very competitive. He has scheduled the new install in about two weeks. I will definitely follow up with a post to let everyone know how that went.

Replaced outdated central air system in our lobby. Showed up on time and kept the area clean during service. Price was better then anyone else I called. Would recommend to anyone needing HVAC work.

Our central A/C unit went out, struck by lightning, and the circuit boards were fried. Expert Heating come out and replaced the central A/C unit on a Sunday because they wanted us to have a/c before the heat wave predicted for our area. There was a problem with the furnace as well and they promptly got parts ordered and fixed the problem. They worked in the heat outside and in the heat inside! Really nice technicians! Appreciated their concern for our welfare and working on our behalf.

Tony and his crew of merry men, were just awesome the entire time. If I had any questions he would answer them honestly and in detail. They had to remove the old AC/Heater package unit and installed all new duct work in the attic space before placing the new package unit in a completely different spot. Rerouting the gas and electrical was spot on and accomplished in no time. They tested the completed installation and once satisfied all was good asked me if there were any other questions I might have (which there wasn't). They cleaned up everything and even hauled the old unit away.
Tony later called us and asked if things were doing okay. These fellows are A number 1 in our books.

Great service heater went out. They came out inspected and needed a replacement unit. I had an old one from 1989 said could come out next day to do installation. Received call later the same day they inspected and said they could come install the new one. Would recommend to everyone

Hands down, the best service and prices in our area. We had quotes and good conversations with 6 different HVAC replacement companies before making a decision, including the 3 most well known and rated for Springfield metro. Expert had the best value by a good margin. Tony listened to our lifestyle and genuinely found perfect product matches to suit our needs. Most of the others either didn't seem to want to put too much effort into the quoting or focused more on selling us above and beyond our need products. Expert was detailed and well communicated from day 1 and kept us updated all the way through the installation process. The crew was friendly, focused and very tidy.
