End of spring/beginning of summer I reached out about trimming/removing trees that died before we purchased our property. Plus 2 that were trimmed by a different company a year prior, and since became damaged. Getting a quote was simple and fast. The tech informed me about signing up for a payment plan because the quote was to high for us for one payment. I set everything up on my side. I was told around 8 weeks for them to call and set up the appointment to do the tree service. No call. No updates. My finance has expired since they didnt complete the service.

I've heard great things about them and was thrilled about the finance portion available. But so upset by the overall customer care.

Honestly, it was some of the best service I've had with any type of work being done in years. I appreciate all their hard work. Their cleanup was excellent. They were like a well-oiled machine. While they worked hard all day, the price point was perfect for the work performed. I would recommend them to anybody needing large trees cut down.

I've had A-Plus in the past. I Chose them again to trim and shape large oak tree in front yard last week. They were very knowledgeable about my tree, as I asked additional questions regarding the tree and my neighbors tree. Communication about cost, time, and completion of job was great. After they were finished, they asked me to look at tree and approve what was done. I asked to have 2 more branches taken off, and they kindly did that. Clean up after was good as well. Quality attitudes and quality work. Good to find these days.

A-Plus did an excellent job of removing 4 large trees plus stumps. They cleaned up after they were done, and our property looked great! We were very satisfied working with them!! Thank you for doing an awesome job!!!

A-Plus personnel are very professional and courteous. They were in constant contact with us during the entire time they were on our property making sure we understood what was going on at all times. They completely cleaned up our yard to the point you didn’t know they were there. I recommend them and would for sure use them again.

A-Plus Tree Service did exceptional work bringing down a 50 year old tree in my front yard. I chose to keep the stump for ornamental reasons. Very professional, timely and communicative throughout the entire experience! Highly recommended!

We had several overgrown bushes & some stumps in the yard that would have been a nightmare to remove ourselves. We got a free quote one day & they were able to get us on the schedule within a couple weeks.

The team was quick at removing the bushes and grinding out the tree stumps.

Very professional! And extremely picky in their work, something I love in a person! Two huge tall trees gone and it looks as if the tree or the workers were ever even here! They backfilled the hole after stump grinding and made sure no clods were left. Even filled in spots where limbs hit the ground! And to top it off, they blew the wood chips off the house and garage! (Thank you for that)

Erika and her team do great work, and are amazing people. They did a deep clean of my house to help get it ready for short term rental. It looks so good.

Also, she has connections to other businesses! She recommended a painter, and someone else to help move & put together a king bed. So, her cleaning work is great but she’s also a great resource!
