Unprofessional business with a clear failure to communicate.

I scheduled a cleaning with this team and they didn’t show for the initial date. They didn’t proactively reach out to me about their inability to meet the agreed upon commitment, but were kind when I reached out to them and I agreed to reschedule.

They again were a NO SHOW for the SECOND time. This time they didn’t answer any calls, messages, or texts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these folks. Don’t waist your time.

Brandon flaked on his first appointment and asked for an upfront deposit when he rescheduled. I said I don’t give money to people I’ve never met in person But I’d be happy to pay the deposit when he shows up before he starts to clean. He said no and canceled on me the day of the scheduled clean.

They cancelled the 1st appt. Then only worked on the car for 1 hour then walled away from the job and broke one of the vents on the car. And only refunded 40% of the bill.
I told you the make and model of the car you were detailing when I called you. And also told you that I was willing to pay the $40 extra dollars when the job was completed, since I already paid the whole 179 invoice as a deposit.
Would have been nice if he would have showed up on time. Wasted 2 days, to have them just walk away from the job without saying anything to my girlfriend who was there at the house.

I am so impressed with the quality of their work! They answered all my questions ahead of time and put in a lot of time and effort. When I came home to my sparkling clean home I was so relieved and satisfied. My house smelled so fresh and clean, and they even cleaned inside my oven and microwave! So impressed!

Brandon booked an appointment with me next day of my request to steam clean out couch. He was on time friendly and professional. Did a great job will use him again! Highly recomend

Top notch cleaning service! Not only do they make our home shine beautifully and smell of cleanliness, they are prompt, professional and polite. They are nonjudgmental and not deterred by the dog hair of two dogs either. Wish we had found them sooner!
