Luke did a great job regarding my concerns, answered all my questions and did a very thorough job with our inspection and treatment. He has very professional pleasant, and we are always happy to see Luke to take care of our house and yard!!

Spidexx has been excellent and reliable for insect and pest control. My technician, Jacob, is always friendly, professional, and most importantly knows how to treat pests. Everyone in the LaVista office is also very helpful and professional.

He arrived on time and began to work immediately, spraying in key spots and spaces providing pest control protection for our home. Jacob regularly services my house and he always does a fantastic job. He gets all of the cobwebs and spider webs on the outside of the house and is very cautious and safe with spraying inside the house. Since I have a 7-year-old son. I really appreciate his customer service and he is a nice guy!

My last technician to come over was Luke. As all the other Spidexx technicians he was courteous and professional. As usual they clean everything and spray for all the creepy crawleys that there are around here they are very efficient. The techs are great and the scheduling is accommodating and fast, along with friendliness.
The only issue is the actual price which, although is a contract based price is somewhat high. I still would not change companies because you do get what you pay for and I am happy with their overall service.

Johnathon was very friendly and made sure all of our concerns were addressed.
He did a very thorough job and explained his work regarding our trouble spots.

Jacob did a good job getting most of our cob webs done and spraying around our foundation.
My only complaint is that our appointment was for between 11:00am to 1:00pm. Jacob showed up at 8:30am.

Johnathan just stopped by my grandfathers house to help take care of the ant problem he began having this year. My grandfather called him this morning, he came by this afternoon to get the job done. He was very polite and respectful while in the house. He was very knowledgeable about his job and answered every question we had. He sprayed the outside of the house as well and made sure he did a thorough job. He let us know when he was done and gave my grandpa guidance on if he had any issues with ants in the future. We will definitely be looking forward to Johnathan’s service in the future!

My tech Jacob was right on scheduled time and very polite and answered all my questions. He even went out of his way to help look for one of my 3 cats that likes to disappear around new people. Thank you, Jacob, for your kind patience taking an extra 15 or 20 minutes to make sure our skittish little girl was found and could be safely stowed away from the bug spray.

Jacob has been my service tech for a couple of years. He always shows up on time, treats my house, wipes down all the spider webs, etc. He is polite, friendly and gets the job done.
