I have used Omaha Rug Cleaning on a couple of occasions and they always deliver! I had 2 older Karastan wool rugs that were purchased at an estate sale and they were VERY dirty - both dirt and animal stains. Omaha Rug Cleaning picked them up and took them in for cleaning - Megan kept me updated on the progress and they did outstanding! The first rug was a pale green and cream that had a lot of animal stains and odors on it - it came out absolutely beautiful - it is in my daughters apartment and the rug is spotless, completely odor free. The second was also a wool Karastan that was a deep burgandy oriental - again a filthy mess. Megan called me the day they picked up the rug and told me a list of the problems it had - I told her to go ahead with the cleaning and repairs - and AGAIN they did absolutely fabulous work. This rug went to my aunts house and she has multiple animals - yet they do not detect any animal odor from the prior owners - it is soft and beautiful and they did such a great job on the repairs that unless you really look you can not see them.
On top of the really quality work that they do on the rugs they also are so easy to work with - the pick up is always on time and so is delivery when the rug is done - Their guys even helped me move the furniture to get the 9x13 foot rug down in my aunts living room. I recommend Omaha Rug Cleaning to everyone!

I just picked up my rug and couldn't be happier. My 18 month old pup decided to chew the center out of a wool braided rug that my mom made about 60 yrs ago. Needless to say, I was distressed!
Nicole took on the challenge and now, if you didn't know what had happened, you would never guess that a few weeks ago it was missing it's middle! And the price of the repair was very reasonable. These folks are the best--and they are nice people, too!

We dropped off our white rug 6/7/19 we got our rug back on 7/23/19 with these green stains that were not there before. Our rug is 5x7. They were going to charge us $105.00 but went down to $60.00. Still a waist of our money and will not be going back!

Our wool area rug with inlays was in need of some help. The backing had come completely off and some areas were showing their age. I have been fortunate enough to work with Omaha Rug Cleaning & Restoration to clean a 100-year-old Persian rug (large, wool, and not colorfast) and to clean, treat, cut and bind the edges of a 1950s wool Karastan rug. They took it from 10’ x 20’ to 7.5’ x 20’ to fit our space and it came out absolutely perfect. Their prices are more than fair, their expertise is unmatched, and their customer service is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will continue to use their services!

My puppy chewed the corner off of one of my favorite runners. I took it to Omaha Rug Cleaning & Restoration with little hope that anything could be done for it. Megan and her staff were amazing. They were able to craft a new corner and matched the weave, pattern, and color. The rug looks amazing, and if you didn’t know what the problem initially was, you would be hard pressed to see any signs of restoration. An added benefit was that Megan was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for your rug needs, whether it be cleaning or a major repair. I know I will be a return customer.

Of all the places I could have chosen, I'm so so happy I went to Omaha's Rug Cleaning & Restoration. I have an expensive medium-sized rug that was filthy and damaged. Megan was extremely informative and thorough, and her knowledge made me feel comfortable! I never knew so much about rugs before meeting her, and her joy and love of the craft was a breath of fresh air. She could identify where my rug was made by the pattern and knew just how to fix it up like new (I wish she had a podcast or something, it was surprisingly interesting to learn about all the nuances of hand-made rugs). When I picked it up it smelled and looked perfect! I also purchased a rug mat, which she custom fit. Now I have a beautiful rug under my dining table. Highly highly recommend- I will never go anywhere else. I wish there were more businesses so passionate and serious about what they do. Thank you again Megan for all your help!

Wow! Thank you Megan, Mark and Christian for making my rug cleaning experience SO easy, efficient, gracious and professional. My 9x12 and 10’ round were refreshed, free from the dusty musty old house odor. The rugs “came home” clean yet not scented which I really like. Thank you for the pick up and delivery option. I also appreciate the multiple rug pad thickness options. The thinner choice is best for dining room with thicker pad good for living room. Your efficiency motivated me to clear the way for rug return. Your flexibility with my schedule was a big help. Mark was a true pro getting the round pad and rug centered and placed perfectly under a vintage chandelier. I learned much about the rug weaving and dye process, an added bonus. I waited a long time to commit to the rug cleaning but so glad I did.
