ZeroRez tech, SCOTT, very professional and pleasant. You can tell he really cares about his job and how to clean carpets definitely will ask for him again.

I’m super satisfied with my service my technician was such a delight to work with and I would love to have him back anytime that I get my carpets cleaned. I have no complaints and I will continue to work with zero Rez if I’m gonna get my carpet cleaned. My next thing is I’m gonna get my upholster clean for my sectional sofa.

Zerorez did a good job cleaning carpet in our 3 bedrooms and stairs. They were prompt, courteous, quick and professional. In and out in less than 2 hours. We will definitely use their services again.

I’d originally made an appt for a later date, but ended up calling to see if they possibly had something sooner. They were able to accommodate me and found an opening a week sooner than I’d expected.

Juan Rodriguez, the tech that showed up to do the work, had called prior to his arrival, and his estimated arrival time was just as he’d stated. He’d apologized for the late evening start time, but I understood that Thanksgiving is just a week away and had anticipated a late night.

Juan was very respectful and kind and finished as expected. I’d be glad to welcome him back to do more work.

We’d had carpet in our living room, a hallway and one bedroom cleaned - we have 3 dogs and our house smelled like the dogs that lived there. After Juan’s efforts, our house smells and feels so much more fresh, we’re so happy with the results.

Juan was so professional and polite. He did an amazing job and he was very respectful of our floors, woodwork and made sure they were protected from scratches and other damage. We will definitely call Juan again.

I have used Zerorez before. They come out and are professional, on time, and do a good job. My technician this time was Scott T and he did a great job. I have white carpet and young grandchildren and you’d never know they were on the carpet.

Juan was very friendly and did a good job. He asked if I wanted an added fabric protect but I didn’t feel pressured to do so.
They cleaned a couch and 2 chairs. We will have them back to do our carpet after the holidays.

Jordan who came to clean my carpet was very nice and professional, he answered all questions, and did an amazing job. Will be asking for him to come clean area rugs

Our representative did a tremendous job and even went above and beyond when we had our address incorrect.

I was able to get my carpets cleaned within a couple of days when booking online. Scott was friendly, prompt, and courteous - explained everything and made sure I knew exactly the amount would be and what I was paying for before he started, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Zerorez is always great, I have horrible schedule challenges and they work with me. They do have a reasonable 24 hour cancelation/rescheduling policy that is very reasonable considering the quantity of people they employ to do the quantity of work you get. I appreciate the way my carpets are each time they clean them.

My technician was great. Called ahead to make sure it was still a good time. We walked through the process and what areas we wanted cleaned. Suggested some upgrades, we didn’t agree to all of them - but he did a great job of explain the ‘why’ behind them. Was professional, courteous, prompt and efficient. Took care of my baseboards and door jambs. We had an extra difficult spot and he spent quite a bit of time with it to get it looking fresh. Would recommend and will be using again when needed.

Very disappointed in the quality of the cleaning. There was a spot I pointed out to the person that did the cleaning and it was still there after the cleaning. The spot was just on the top of the carpet. I know that because I pulled up the carpet and the stain did not go to the padding. I was able to blot out that stain very easily. I am questioning where or not the other add on services were even done. I will know more when I pull up all the carpet.

Mason went above and beyond!! From calling to inform me his approximate time, to helping me unload my groceries, to explaining the process pre, during, and post care along with paperless payment; he never seemed rush, he took the time and did an amazing job! Before and after pics:)

We had a fantastic experience with our upholstery cleaning! The technician was courteous and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, what areas would be covered, and answered all our questions with care. His attention to detail was impressive—he was thorough throughout the process and even reviewed his work with us once everything was completed to ensure we were satisfied. Our furniture looks refreshed and spotless. Highly recommend this service!

Zack did a great job and was very professional and courteous. We had a lot of pet stains and paid extra, over double, to add a topical treatment to help remove those, but only time will tell if it was truly successful. We were warned ahead of time that the stains might reappear, hopefully not. If the stains are gone for good, money well spent.
