The Zerorez experience was flawless from start to finish for a 7+ room service. Fast appointment scheduling, great communication, professional service, and clean carpets that give us the ahhhh factor, all without a comma!

Easy to schedule, carpets look amazing, no harsh chemical smells and pet stains were effectively removed with their special pet product that I originally thought was an “upsell” however our dogs no longer target those areas so it must have worked. We’ve had many carpet cleaners in the past but this company did a fantastic job. The carpets were a little more wet than usual so we used fans and they dried pretty quickly without the usual musty smell. Ask for Juan Rodriguez because he did a great job, was very professional, took his time and was attentive to what we needed done to our carpets. Highly recommend this company.

The job that was done on my livingroom carpet was very thorough and fast. I had a male cat that had liked to use certain spots as his bathroom and Zerorez did a great job getting the stains and smell out. My carpet felt so soft and clean I actually spent some time just laying on it later that night. The technician (can't remember name sorry) was very friendly and enjoyable to talk to and seemed to take pride in his job which is rare these days. I am extremely satisfied with Zerorez!

I have a sensitive nose and scents tend to bother me but I was told exactly what to expect ahead of time and the description was accurate. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Our Zerorez technician was AMAZING. He explained all of the services thoroughly, as well as, gave his own recommendations without the pressure to "upgrade services" as some other companies do. The carpets are cleaner now than when my daughter moved in to her apartment. I've never been more satisfied or impressed with any service I have ever hired!!

I really appreciated the courtesy of our technician. He was on time for our appointment, respectful of our home, kind to ourbpets, and answered any questions we had. He did a really good job with our carpet cleaning and I would definitely recommend him, and ZEROREZ to others.

I was charged$300.00 for 3 rooms. We discussed the difference in color and I see no difference. I left a separate review regarding pet stains that we worked on and they were lightened. They were only 2 months old, they didn't get them out either. They spent very little time on our carpet. Nobody has reached out to us to rectify this.

Lucas called, said he was on his way & arrived 2 p.m. & very friendly. Showed him what rooms. Explained everything. Had the stain protectant added. Was very please with the bedroom stain of essential oils he worked on - he said he went over it several times & tried a few other options. Will look better as it dries.

Easy to schedule on line. The representative was on time, very polite, told me what he was doing, checked fabric content of chair and rug,. When done explained how long to let it dry, when to vacuum. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. Overall excellent experience. 😊

Our technician, Pete, was amazing, thorough, polite and was informative of the product going on our carpets and advised when we can vacuum, and put things back down. I thought it was easy to request the appointment, and the call center person who confirmed it all was knowledgeable and kind. We'd recommend him, and Zerorez, again!

Omaha's Rug Cleaning & Restoration is amazing!! They will spend as much time as it takes to thoroughly look over each rug for potential problems and damage before washing them, so that those areas can have their full attention and don't get worse during the process. They also have repair people to fix any damage you might have, like missing fringes. NO ONE ELSE takes as much care. Also, go by the shop to see it in person if you can! Their system is unreal. You'll never allow a carpet cleaner touch your rugs again when you see how Omaha's washes them!

Megan is an expert and knows her stuff. I had a red wine s pill on a precious oriental carpet, and the company made it like new. Pick-up and delivery are included. I would go nowhere else.

Omaha R C & R cleaned several rugs for me and the results were amazing, saw colors in the rugs I had never seen. Definitively recommend this business.

Omaha Rug saved our rug from disaster! When our power failed for over a week and the rains came and left an inch of water in our lower level our rug sat in the muck all that time.

Omaha Rug got the mud and stink out. It's as good as new.
