So impressed with this company. Spoke with Megan prior to the cleaning and she was very knowledgeable about our oriental rug, which is a heirloom. When we got it back the colors looked very bright and the repair on the fringe looked amazing.

Cameron Mayville is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the profession of area rug cleaning. I brought in two Turkish carpets that had been badly mauled by a golden retriever. They needed extensive repair and cleaning. I was not hopeful that the repairs could be done without wrecking my finances. I was so wrong! Meghan expertly rewove and re-fringed my rugs, and then the carpets were cleaned so well that they are soft and lush, with no running of the dye in my dark red Turkmen/Bokhara. I have more rugs to clean, and I will not take them anywhere else but to this business. Expert care at a good price. Many thanks!

I have taken rugs to Omaha's Rug Cleaning & Restoration three times now and as long as I have naughty dogs I shall continue to use their services.
They are SO NICE to work with but most importantly, the rugs come back to me Naughty Dogs Symptoms Free!! The rugs are clean, smell fresh and I don't worry about a lingering odor being another Naughty Dog Magnet.
Did I mention that they are super nice people??!!

I have 4 rugs which we got from our travels. Three of the rugs are all wool and from Iran. The other rug is a silk rug that we got in Japan. Cameron (I believe the owner) went over all the rugs with us and expained how he would clean them. We picked them up a week later. When we got them home and unrolled them I was really impressed. They look absolutely beautiful. This was a major relief because I was scared to have them cleaned. I would recommend Omaha's Rug Spa to everyone. I am so happy that my rugs look wonderful again.

Had a red wine stain on a friend's white rug that we couldn't get out with the home stain sprays! Cameron gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone and ensured if anyone could get the stain out - it would be Omaha's Rug Cleaning & Restoration. And he was right! The customer service was enough to make me a repeat customer (his wife helped carry the rug in so that I didn't have to juggle my 6month old and the big rug) but then he also got the stain out in less than 30 minutes so that I didn't have to make another trip out. Couldn't ask for better customer service!

Cameron has cleaned three of my oriental rugs and did a beautiful job on all of them. He is very knowledgeable about oriental rugs and the customer service is outstanding. He also helped me pack and ship a rug I sold on eBay and saved me shipping costs. We are lucky to have him in Omaha!

Nicole and Cam cleaned two rugs for me: a large, living room rug that gets quite a bit if traffic and a smaller rug for another area. Took them in and were cleaned within a week. They worked hard to both clean the rug, and remove all pet hair. Their daughter (Megan) told me she got down on her hands and knees to remove the dog hair off of both of our rugs to ensure they were clean. We also got a new mat to go under the large rug for a very reasonable price. Brought them home and rolled them out today and they look brand new!! Thank you for the expertise Nicole and Cam. -Brian

I have a entry rug that gets a lot of traffic and have been potty training a new puppy. Needless to say, it was due for a thorough cleaning. Omaha's Rug Cleaning did an amazing job! The pet stain and odor is gone and it looks brand new. They are professional, reasonably priced and got my rug back to me in no time. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I brought in a very special handmade, braided Norwegian rug that belong to my great grandmother. It had been sitting for years in my parents garage, and it was in very rough shape. It had a lot of holes and snags where the braiding had come apart as well as a ton of color bleeding from Attempted washing. This rug was very special to my mother and all of her siblings, because there were very few remaining keepsakes left from their grandparents. They were able to do an excellent job, cleaning the rug and helping to restore its color and texture, as well as removing the color bleeding that had happened over the years. They were also able to fix the stitching on the braided areas that had come apart to help reunify the rug. I brought it back to my parents house and put it in the family room to surprise my mother who had not seen the rug in years and was moved to tears over how great it looked. We couldn’t be happier with the work they did, and we greatly appreciate having the rug back in excellent condition to continue being part of our family experience!

I just wanted to share what a pleasant experience I had at Omahas Rug Cleaning and Restoration. I am a rug cleaner from Mississippi and had the opportunity to come to Cam's shop and take a Cleaning class that he holds from time to time. I cannot being to explain what an amazing education I received through his very informative class. I had a rug that had bad color migration and brought it to the class to be corrected with Cam's expertises.
He exceeded my expectations and had my rug looking better than it did when I purchased it. I am forever grateful for his kindness and all of the information he had to teach. If you are ever in Omaha, this is a must stop. Even if you don't have a rug to be cleaned, stop by anyway and meet his family that helps run the business. They are the sweetest people you'll ever meet!

We recently had an area rug picked up, cleaned, and delivered to our home by Omaha's Rug Cleaning & Restoration and cannot say enough good things about our experience. The rug was returned to us in as-good-as-new condition. All stains are gone and the rug looks beautiful. It was a pleasure working with the staff at ORC&R.

WOW! My area rugs look great. First time user of this service and was very happy from start with the phone call to finish of the delivery of the rugs. The pickup and delivery service were wonderful. I received a call after their examination of the rugs. The cost and cleaning process was discussed. Lovely caring and thorough people to work with. I think I talked to someone on the phone named Kris. What a delight. This will be my "go to service" for all my area rug cleaning.

I brought in a very damaged Herbie rug that has a lot of sentimental value as this was a gift from my brother in law. I honestly thought it was beyond saving. Megan and her crew repaired it put a new backing on it, and brought back it's color. These guys knocked it out of the park!!

Had two very expensive oriental rugs cleaned in September 2019 . This company and service are outstanding. Nebraska Furniture Rug department staff recommended you and they are correct. You are the “Best in Omaha”. Appreciated the prompt and very professional service. Wish I could attach pictures of my beautiful rugs. Turn around time was also excellent. Purchased new furniture and painted living room before the carpets were returned to us. Timing worked out beautifully. I will be referring others to you in the future. This has got to be the most accommodating and friendly place in town - very pleasant experience! When my rugs were clean and ready for pickup, but my house reno work was not ready, they gladly held onto the rugs until it was convenient for me to come get them. The young men who found & carried the rugs out were so polite - holding doors, thanking me for my business … oh, and my rugs look fabulous! In fact, they look brand new!
