I ordered a new rug from West Elm and waited months for it. The same day I unrolled it, it got a pet stain on it. Thinking I was doing good by treating it myself, I made it worse!
Omaha's Rug Cleaning took a look and were up for the challenge. They came through and this rug looks brand new! So glad my sister in law recommended them! I highly recommend them as well.

Chose Omaha rug because of the great reviews and was not disappointed at all. Was treated great from start to finish and our area rug looks amazing. Pricing was very fair and really liked the fact they pickup and deliver. Will recommend to anyone that needs an area rug cleaned.

This company does the janitorial work at my property and they are by far the best I have ever used. The owner is very friendly and professional, and his employees always do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend!

I always thought my teen was wasting time on tiktok until I accidentally spilled hot wax all over my living room carpet. Thanks to you guys, we had the wax and stain up in seconds and my carpet looked like it had never happened. Thank you guys so much for putting your knowledge out there for everyone!

Finally a company that is worth my review, do yourself a favore and call them! Customer service was great with KPS and their quote beat out the others. They did a GREAT job on my basement and upstairs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The apartments that we live in use Kenney, and our apartment on the ground floor has had a handful of water issues since we moved in and every Kenney employee who has come to suction the water and dry the carpets has been so professional and pleasant- no matter the time of day. Always punctual and time efficient. I will certainly be using them in the future and referring people their way.

This company is the BEST of the best. I have been managing apartments for about 10 years. I have been using them for a couple of years to clean my apartments. This time I had a water heater break down with two large storage tanks & gallons upon gallons of water every where. 3 apartments total flood &4 other apartments water in. This company took such pride in their work, they are so respectful, professional, & hard working.They came back several times moved fans, furniture. I have never been so impressed with any company as I have been with Kenneys Property Service. They made my job much more managable. Thanks

We recently had Jason come out because our basement flooded. He went above and beyond. This man is a literal saint. I have autoimmune issues and a current foot ulcer and can't breathe in mold or walk on waterlogged floors and he is in the process of making sure that our living space is clear of water, mildew and smells good. It will take a few days but I feel I can trust him better than any other maintenance men before. I would recommend him over any other person, if you need a job done, he's got you covered. The kindness and empathy that comes from this man can be felt as he puts himself in each tenants perspective. Thank you Jason, we've been going crazy with all this water!

For our first visit, the technician and the supervisor came to our house. Wow! They were on time, very polite and explained everything. They completed the inspection, swept for cobwebs and treated all areas. Awesome experience. After many years with another company, my sister recommended Spidexx. Really happy with the switch so far.

The first spring/summer after we bought our house, we noticed that we had some general pests but worst of all, we had nests and nests of wasps. We’d left them alone and they left us alone. One day my sister got a little close to a retaining wall that they had a nest in and stung her multiple times. Then it kept happening. And it’s unavoidable to NOT walk by the wall because it’s right by our deck steps.
We asked around and had a few companies suggested to us. We heard the best things about Spidexx so we went with them. We have had nothing but great experiences with them. We pay a flat monthly fee for the service and they come out every few months and spray. They even come out in between to retreat the retaining walls and wasps nests. We’ve also had issues with beetles and other insects because of the extra bugs we get from being by a heavily wooded area.
Luke has been our tech for nearly every visit and is amazing. He is thorough and always takes time to answer my questions. He has no issue educating me on possible reasons why certain bugs have found their way in or around our house and what steps will also help to keep them away. An example would be for a type of beetle that feeds on decaying matter like leaves, grass and sticks. I didn’t know that bug fed on those items but being taught that led me to be able to reduce them even more that just the treatment. He always takes his time and care when he comes out and is such a nice guy. He is always reassuring and patient with us and our anxieties of bugs. Luke has made this whole “bug” business a significantly better experience.

I have, and will continue to, refer people to Spidexx for any bug&pest treatment/repellent needs.
