So fast and helpful! Repaired storm damage the same day I called. It was a minor job but they fit me in to avoid any risk of water entering the roof. Neeman and Sons has earned my loyalty.

Neemann and Sons was an excellent company to work with. We had storm damage to the whole house and Neemann worked with my insurance company directly to make sure all needed work was completed in a very reasonable time. They have multiple crews that specialize in different parts of the repair, and all crews were extremely friendly and very good at making things look like new.

We had Neemann & Sons do the siding, roof and gutters on our new build 10 years ago. Since then, our house has sustained damage from numerous wind and hail events. Each time we've called the office an individual was sent out promptly to survey / fix the damage. When needed they worked directly with my insurance company which greatly streamlined the repair process. The workers are always friendly and professional. This is a very good company to do business with.

From start to finish, workers came early, were very polite and upbeat, and talk about the hard work and quality, they even corrected mistakes by the prior repairs made from earlier contractors in years past to make things right. Both Terry & Chris Neemann showed us and explained everything about the materials, repair process, and costs. they also came to the jobsite during repairs, and met with Ron Ahrens the job coordinator (fantastic hard working man), and they all worked together and made this a "easy peasy" process. I will always be a lifelong fan and customer. A heartfelt thank you to the fantastic team!

Following a 93 mph wind gust that damaged our roof on December 15, 2021, I contacted Neemann & Sons. Chris Neeman was very helpful and nice to work with. The company responded quickly by coming out the next day to do an estimate for repairing our roof. It was later recommended by our insurer that the entire roof be replaced. We met with Terry Neemann, who suggested a shingle type and color that was perfect for our house, and the roofing crew came and replaced our roof just eight days following the storm. They were very efficient, did an excellent job and cleaned up very well before leaving. The entire experience went smoothly and we were very pleased with Neemann & Sons and appreciated their efforts to make our problem disappear. We highly recommend this company, and if we need similar help in the future, Neemann & Sons will be the first roofer we contact.

We used Neemann and sons for some storm damage to our siding and soffit. Despite it being holiday season, they were quick to come out and give an estimate, they were honest and fair with pricing, they were great with communicating exactly what needed to be done, they stayed in contact from giving the estimate until the work was completed, they got the job done perfectly with a fast turnaround from the estimate, and they were genuinely kind people. They have gained a forever customer with us! We would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs!

Our HOA has used their services a couple times. Staff will constantly liter. Leave cigarette butts on porch and driveway or yard. Cups and water bottles left behind. Our trash cans are literally on the side of the house if they need to toss stuff.

Excellent service for a fair price. Staff was excellent and quality of well performed in a reasonable time. This is my second roof replacement. Last time was 16 years ago. We had a short time to meet our insurance deadline and this company helped us do just that. They provided a great finished project. We had a few questions and concerns along the way, but Jenny in the office was right on top of things. She had answers for our questions and followed up with the trades people (subcontracted companies) to make sure that our concerns were addressed. If you are looking for a company that can handle multiple types of projects, this is the company for you!

Trevor inspected my roof and determined that it had to be replaced. He was very flexible in getting the work scheduled within our timeframe. Damion came out to get exact measurements and sheduled the day to do the work. He showed up right on time and completed the EPDM roof in one day. He and Victor did an excellent job and were very easy to work with. I highly recommend Neeman and Sons.

These guys did a great job! I had a medium sized house to paint. They showed up when they said they would and it was done quickly. They did a really through job. Jason knows paint and uses good products.

AHI not only painted our entire house last winter, but installed new light fixtures and repaired trim. They are honest, kind and worked very hard to get the job done in our limited time frame. I will definitely apply to them again for help!

Jason did basement flooring and exterior house paint for me and has done a phenomenal job. Engineered wood floor planks were not easy to work with but he was able to complete the job in three days and with great quality. Jason and his wife not only did a great job painting the exterior but also carried out necessary repairs. Our house look brand new. Affordable Home Improvement truly holds its name for affordability.
