Groutsmith has done a variety of work for us at, all with exceptional results. We recently updated a bathroom and Groutsmith installed all new tile in the tub/shower enclosure. They were very precise and careful, the tiles were aligned perfectly, the edges finished excellently, and they solved a number of issues that always seem to arise when remodeling older homes. I highly recommend Kevin and his team.

Kevin did a wonderful job restoring our grout. Communication was great from our first contact page couple of months ago through completion of the job today. Worked around our schedule.
He helped us resolve a problem we had been fighting for a couple of years and once we corrected the problem worked is into his schedule quickly.
He left absolutely no mess for us to cleanup, provided us with detailed information on how to clean and care for our grout in the future.

Very happy with our work done by Kevin and crew at the Groutsmith. They took an old, leaking, frustrating large all tile shower and worked hard to make sure old work was taken out and it was all fixed and repaired the way it should be! Recently they rebonded and regrouted a group of floor tiles, cleaned and resealed the kitchen and fixed the floor to ceiling edges of my shower caused by expansion and contraction of the house. The work was excellent and the cost was very reasonable. Watching them work was a good learning experience. Let the experts do the work was the lesson learned.

We hired Kevin to retile three bathrooms and a laundry room that had not been tiled correctly by a previous owner. Communication was great from the get go! Marvin installed the tile and did an excellent job! we also had another company here doing some remodeling work and Kevin and Marv were great about getting work done in the areas needed to be done so we could get our projects done in a timely matter. pricing was very reasonable! They were so reliable and stayed true to their word. Will be working with Kevin again this spring on another project! I definitely recommend the Groutsmith :)

Neemann And Sons roofers are just finishing up at our house today. We chose da Vinci shingles partially because of past experience with them on a former house. We were very happy then and we are very happy now. We love the new color we picked, aged cedar, because it looks most like wood shake shingles.

The roofers worked really hard, even though the heat and humidity was horrible almost the entire time they were here.

We also appreciated the twice daily contact with Josh who would check in with us to make sure everything was going fine. He also answered every question we had.

Neemann & Sons recently did some work for us--replaced the shingles and gutter system, and replaced some deteriorated James Hardy siding (deteriorated due to wrong original installation of gutters 15 years ago). The crews were VERY good, friendly and efficient. They removed, then replaced the shingles in a single day, followed by the gutter and siding work. Every thing looks excellent. Thanks!
