Very professional. Went above and beyond the initial request to repair grout and clean tile floor. He noticed other items in kitchen that he could easily repair to look like new that we had not considered needed attention. Also made an extra trip because of tiles he suggested we replace. Kevin and his crew installed a wood floor in our dining room, kitchen and entry way and install a new backsplash in our master bathroom. Both jobs were done professionally and look beautiful. Worth every penny!! My shower looks brand new! The Groutsmith and his assistant are very professional and friendly. The next day I noticed a couple of spots that were bothering me.. I called and he came back that afternoon and fixed it! You can see the pride he puts into his work. Look forward to doing my tile floors in the Fall!

The Groutsmith did a beautiful job on my new bathroom floor. It seemed a bit pricey but the last time I had this floor done they'd not done it right and I had to have it redone. The owner is knowledgeable, professional and he and his workers cleaned up after themselves. I discovered a minor problem shortly after the work was done and I'd paid for everything but they were quick to get back and take care if it when it was convenient for me. And....my floor is beautiful! 😊
