Not a quality company. Criticized our pool, said it was built wrong and that's why his pool cover adjustments were so shoddy.

Performance pools built my cousin's in-ground vinyl liner pool, with auto-cover, slide and 8ft diving board and salt water system. They did very good job and always there when they need them, we highly recommend performance pools!

We have had Sam out multiple times over the last several years due to problems with our old hot tub. Sam has always done a fantastic job figuring out what is wrong and getting our tub working. We have tried other local companies and they always try to upsell you, are much higher priced, and frequently just provide poor service. Performance pool and spa is simply the best local option for service.

Coming up on our 2nd year of our pool Sam put in. Still love it! Sam thanks for opening our pool in early April for the season!! The weather has been great and we have been swimming all of April with the heater you installed with the unit. NICE! Martin & Paige

Very poor customer service. We needed our pool liner replaced and called performance pool in March to order the liner So it was ready for the summer. It wasn’t ordered until April 20th… it was then never followed up on. We were told it would be in end of May. Called end of May and the liner had yet to be ordered. Liner was finally ordered middle of June for mid July delivery. It is now July 17th and we have yet to again hear anything from performance pool about the status of their job. We have now wasted over half of the summer with no pool…. I wouldn’t recommend and I wouldn’t use again.

Significant serenity is the explanation we use Execution Pools. Our administration agent Greg has been with us for a very long time and we are cheerful about it. Greg is astounding. He is determined and proficient. He has the inclination to do what is ideal. The entire organization really works as such. Client support is uncommon. This is an expert organization with huge mastery. You never need to contemplate whether there doing the most ideal or in the event that they are evaluating it truly, not with them. That is the reason they bring genuine feelings of serenity.

Year after year I have had major problems with my pool and finally, I now have a pool company who has taken the time to listen to me and to figure out what the problems are--and fix them! Sam and Neno are a pleasure to work with and I trust them completely to take care of all my pool needs. Plus, they are just nice guys! My neighbors and family have commented on how great my pool looks this year--better than any year before. It took awhile, but I finally have found the best company!

I hired performance pool to replace my in-ground pool liner. Their bid was lower than the competition. The liner took 3 weeks to come in which is normal since it's custom made, and another week to fit in the appointment to remove the old liner and install the new one. Liner removal and installation took around 2 hours. I was extremely satisfied with the ease of communication, when I would call and leave a voicemail I'd receive a callback very soon. They cleaned up when they were done and the new liner was installed perfectly. I can't say enough good things about Performance pool . Call them if you need a new liner, they're the best.

Performance came out and gave us a good estimate and it seems they really know their stuff. They measured our pool and ordered the liner etc.

The new liner looks great and they did a wonderful job however they left everything a mess. The old liner was piled next to the side of our house and all the scraps, trash and extra junk was just thrown all over our back yard. When we inquired about them coming to clean-up and haul away the old liner we were informed that they charged additional fees for clean-up and removal.

One would think for the amount of money they charge, clean-up and waste removal would be included. At the very least they should be up front about the additional charges.

Finally, I see other reviews state that Performance completed their liner install in a couple hours. This was not the case with our liner. The install took 4 days. This is because they installed the liner and then stated they would return later to complete the job. After a couple days we had to call to find out what was going on as our pool was just sitting there partially complete. Performance never called back but rather randomly showed up 2 days later.

I would recommend Performance however; I would caution customers ensure they know what is included vs. not included in their contract.

Sam came and out and seemed very knowledgeable. He gave us a list of supplies to order and we did (spending well over $500) and told us to call him to install them after we had them. After we received them, we attempted to contact Sam and he would not return our calls or texts. Now were stuck with all of the supplies with no one to install. All we have heard from Sam is threats since i posted a negative review on yelp.

We've been using Performance Pool and Spa for a little over 2 years. Every experience is always pleasant, they're always very professional, timely, and courteous to our needs. Whenever we need their help they're always available and willing to assist. We would recommend Sam and Performance Pool and Spa to everyone looking to get a new pool or needing repairs.
