Chad and the ServPro team were so helpful and kind during an incredibly stressful time for us. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend this team!

ServPro of Lincoln saved our basement. Our sump pump recently gave out (right after a rain storm, of course) and our basement became a wet mess. Trish, Ray, and Katelyn were here that same day to start mitigating the damage. After a couple of days with fans and dehumidifiers in place, we were ready to start reconstruction. Chad and his team (Jose, et al) did a flawless job. Then Trish and her team came back to do a thorough carpet cleaning and to help us put everything back in place.
Also, and this is so important, Chad (our primary contact throughout the process) was super RESPONSIVE. He quickly responded to our texts or calls with questions. That's how you run a business. Thanks.

We had a range fire and the fire department used the chemical method to put it out. My home owners insurance recommended ServPro as the contractor to do the necessary work to restore the kitchen. ServPro sent a team to clean the kitchen. They didn't do the best job. One of the problems is I had to clean the wall tiles again as there was still black on them.
A claim handler from my home insurance came in and evaluated the damage.
Chad, helpful throughout the project, from ServPro came in and reviewed what they would be doing. Chad told me I could contact him 24/7 with questions and/or problems. He ordered the replacement window for the kitchen.
Chad sent Midwest Duct to clean the air ducts. They only went in the basement and cleaned the air ducts. I ended up vacuuming out the air ducts in the kitchen.
Chad sent The Wall Doctors, arrived an hour late, to seal and paint the kitchen and sun room ceilings and walls. He only sealed the areas that were patched and the area that was black from the fire. He did paint the ceilings and walls. He completed everything in one day.
Chad contacted me to let me know the window came in and we set up a time for him to come install it. He came back the next day to finish the framework. When he was done with the framework, he said the painter, The Wall Doctors, would come that day to stain the framework and paint the area around the window outside.
The painter showed up late in the day. He took samples to match the stain and paint. Since it was Friday and getting late, he asked if he could return on Monday at 9:00. He didn't show up Monday at 9:00. I finally contacted Chad at noon and asked if the painter was still coming. He contacted the painter and got back to me to let me know the painter got tied up in Omaha. Chad asked if the painter could come the next day. I told Chad that would work. The painter finally showed up around noon Tuesday. He worked on the framework and outside of the window and said he would be back. He said the paint for the outside didn't quite match. He left for a couple of hours. He returned with another person and they finished the job.
I would not recommend hiring ServPro's cleaning crew, Midwest Duct, or The Wall Doctors.
This was a new and different experience for me. I didn't know what to expect. It wasn't a totally bad experience but I think things could have been better.

ServePro did an excellent job on our recent basement water line break. Quickly showed up to start the water damage mitigation. Also, their estimate for reconstruction was nearly identical to the insurance company estimate, prior to the insurance company estimate being available. Chad was the project manager and was prompt, courteous, and was very informative about every stage of the project. Willing to come on-site as needed to explain the process and procedures. All of this while we were out of town and working around other logistic obstacles. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with a similar need.

We had a surprise leak come from our refrigerator at our rental property late in the evening. Servpro was there that night to handle it. They helped us through the insurance process and reconstruction process. Servpro made everything very easy and we have enjoyed our experience.

Chad, the Project Manager for reconstruction, has been very helpful and transparent. We would definitely use them again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We are so blessed that Servpro worked on our home after a house fire! They have been so patient with any questions and concerns we have had, and have went over and beyond for our family. The work has been outstanding. They are very professional, I recommend Servpro to anyone! They are there to help move in go as easy and smooth as possible and that’s exactly how it has been, being a mother of two children I couldn’t of done it. I am so thankful to be home and I couldn’t of done it without you all!

We have used Servpro on more than one occasion. Unfortunately, this will be the last time and will look for other disaster recovery services if we ever need in the future (hopefully not!) Our dishwasher leaked and came up through our kitchen floor and also leaked into our laundry room in the basement. The initial response was great, but it went downhill from there. We used Servpro for the reconstruction. Our first contact with Servpro was in August and the project did not get finished until FEBRAURY!!! We had to ask them to come back for all work except for the flooring which was contracted out. Torn out materials were left in our garage. The dishwasher was installed incorrectly and had to be looked at 2x to get it right. The old dishwasher was not taken away as promised. Very poor communication from our project manager. We ended up have a second project manager finish up. The general manager was pleasant but did not follow through with what he said he would do either. We were just done at that point. The only saving grace is they did give us a discount.

We had just returned home from our son's wedding and woke up to a flood from a faulty toilet fill valve in an upstairs bathroom. We found water pouring through the main floor and into the basement. We went from one emotional extreme to the other.

We called our insurance and found ServPro online. ServPro showed up first in multiple vehicles and immediately went into action.
Ray Alexander assessed the issues, and assigned the crew to tasks, then took the time to explain our situation, the mitigation process and rejoined the team.
We immediately felt relieved and knew we made the right call.
Trish, Ray, Katie, Andrew, Arron, and Jason were professional, polite, and reassuring.

Once the demo and mitigation phases were complete we worked with Chad Landretti and all of his incredible specialized contractors on the reconstruction phase to get our home and life back to normal. Again, Chad is a true professional and acted as an advocate when working with our insurance, to get our home back to or better than it was. I'm not going to say there were no issues along the way, but Chad provided multiple solutions and made the necessary changes to keep the progress moving.

When they say "Like it never happened", believe it!!

We recently had a water leak in our laundry room that extended into the kitchen and even affected part of our basement ceiling. From start to finish, Chad and the restoration team from ServPro was exceptional. My experience with ServPro was mixed. The mold removal was a great experience and enjoyed working with Trish. They came in right away and were done within a couple days. The restoration process took much longer and longer than expected. This process started in February 2025 and just got the restoration finished this past week The guy in charge did not communicate very well, would be weeks without hearing from him or seeing anyone working. He was let go and in comes Chad. He was also very good to work with. He communicated on a constant basis with me and once he took over it only took a couple weeks to get the job done.

Our rental property in Lincoln Nebraska had a 4” plumbing line that broke and backed up into the basement bathroom. Problem is we live in Texas so you’re hesitant on who is going to repair something when you’re so far away. I immediately called ServPro that was referred to me by my tenant. Chad Landretti was the construction manager and he was absolutely the best you could hope for on a crappy situation like this. Chad immediately made us feel at ease being so far away. Chad and his crew did an amazing job and Chad followed through on every job that needed to be done with excellent communication skills. Chad and his crew made the basement look better than before the plumbing issue. We own a business in Texas and we have been blessed with great employees and Chad is the employee you want to work with when you have a problem because he loves his job and he cares about the customer just like we do in our business. I called Servpro on a Sunday and they were Johnny on the spot! Showed up quickly and Trish and her team of Ray and Jason did a great job and were very polite and professional!

Kudos to Chad Landretti for doing such a great job on restoring a bedroom.and 2 bathrooms after I had experienced water damage. He always kept me in the loop for any changes and always answered his phone whenever I called. Chad and his team were very professional and made sure I was happy with the finished work. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the outcome. I would recommend him and his team for any restoration work that needs to be done. Thanks to ServPro for having Chad on their restoration team.

I found my basement full of water from sump pump failure. Not knowing who to call, I called a couple places and was given oh we are sorry can't help you today but when I called Serv Pro they got a crew to my house within 2 hours. They assessed the issue, put together a plan and immediately went to work to save my belongings. They stayed until they were satisfied nothing would be ruined then came back as many times as needed to get the job done.

I’m so very happy with the results. Everything from the painting (Jose and his crew were excellent, very talented, professional and friendly) to the drywall repair and carpeting. Chad was awesome. Checking in with me everyday. I would recommend this company a million times over!
