Ritch was a super helpful and knowledgeable guy. We found some mold in one of our basement bedrooms near the egress window and on our daughter's bed. We were concerned the problem could be much bigger than we knew. Called DryHero and Ritch came out the next day and looked around. He told me exactly what should be done to correct the issue and even gave me tips and info on how to complete the project myself if I wanted to. Overall, he gave me peace of mind that the issue was not as serious as I originally thought and helped provide a gameplan on correcting the problem. If I can't complete the project myself, I'll definitely be reaching out to Ritch again.

I had a bad water leak into my basement and I called Dry Hero at 8 in the morning and Ritch came over at 10 am. He came prepared with fans and other equipment to start helping me immediately which was very important to me.
The next day he sent Josh snd Vince to remove any moldy drywall and they came right on time, were very nice and polite. They got right to work and in a couple of hours had removed all the necessary drywall.
I would highly recommend this company if you have water problems. 5 stars from me.

Doug was the point person for the restoration. He answered all my questions and explained the process. Adam painted the walls and stained and put on the base boards. He did an excellent job. My wife and I recently experienced a flooded basement due to a backed up drain. It was suggested from my plumber that I utilize the services of Servpro. Let me tell you that I was not disappointed. Brandon showed up with Brian, Terry, and Aaron. Brandon and his crew were prompt, efficient, and walked me through the whole process step by step. This gave me peace of mind and put me at ease. I 100% recommend this company.

We contacted Servpro after we had a leak under our sink. Dirk was so kind and helpful. He got someone out to our place over the weekend. Everyone was great and they resolved the water damage issues! Loved!

When our water pipe burst and left a big mess, Serve Pro served me well. There was some confusion with our insurance company, but they listened and helped get us back on track. Very good work was done!

Came home to water running down the wall from upstairs bath. Damaged drywall, carpet, baseboards. ServePro had fans and dehumidifiers on it within a few hours - late at night and didn't leave until we felt as comfortable as they could help us to be. After 4 days of drying out, Chad from the restoration side of things was on top of scheduling demo, drywall, then trim carpentry, paint, etc. Chad scheduled it all and worked with our home owners insurance adjuster to get things approved/covered. Some of the subcontracting (not Chad) had to come back to redo some work but all I had to do was tell Chad and he took care of it. You can tell Servepro cares and their people understand that cases like ours was unplanned and stressful. They took as much worry out of the equation for us as they could. Thanks, guys!

We had the opportunity to work with construction manager Chad Landretti from October 2024 until the first week of January. Our issue was related to basement flooding and master bathroom flooding.

Chad was very professional and courteous and easy to reach, practically on call for us and felt very much like we were the only customers he had!.

What an amazing, positive, experience that started out with a disaster. Our first floor laundry sink overflowed and flooded our floor and finished basement ceiling. This happened on a Saturday morning. I called Servpro and they were out within a few hours to start water remediation. I can’t speak highly enough about the work they did. They setup all the equipment needed to remove the water. Brandon was our main point of contact on the remediation and he did an amazing job leading the efforts and communicating with me throughout the process. Chad was our contact on the repairs and he was great as well - communicating effectively through the whole process The repair team does awesome work! You can’t even tell there was any sort of issue!
