I received an informal quote for a deck from them on May 7 via Facebook messenger. I was told that day that they would send a quote “right over.” On May 14th, I reached out again to check on the status of the quote I had not yet received. I was told they would “send over the estimate and diagram ASAP, you can expect it by Monday!” (May 18). I reached out again on May 21, because I still had no quote. I was told I would have it that day. I did a final reach out on May 28. They read the message that day and never responded. I had neighbors looking to have similar projects done and have told them all about the poor service I received. Very disappointing considering other positive reviews.

Terrible customer service. What he says and what he does are two different things. Was suppose to finish our deck since September still not done. Texted him several times and no response. I told him if he didn't want to finish the job just have the decency to let me know still no response. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Juan was professional, considerate, allowed for changes fron the original plan, attentive and flexible. He did a great job, quickly and with the best materials.. even though that is hard to find at this time.. and, lol he didnt mind my questions. Cornhusker Construction was very responsive to any of our concerns. We normally received a response to our inquiries on the same day. Juan (Cornhusker Construction) kept us periodically updated on the progress. Overall, great job finishing our basement.

I had no problems with using Cornhusker Construction. Everything turned out really good and they answered any questions that I had in a timely manner. The crew was friendly and made sure to get the job done while being clean and careful at the same time. Would do business again without question.
