We absolutely loved having Cornhusker Construction do our deck! We had a vision we shared with Juan and boy did he bring it to life! He gave us a thorough estimate and helped us pick out the right decking and railing to fit our style. The crew was efficient, polite and did an amazing job. Juan took out a closet door in our living area, dry walled to cover the door opening and then relocated the door to the hallway in our home. He did a wonderful job and always made sure the work site was cleaned at the end of the day! Great communication too!! Highly recommend!

We have a very good experience with Juan when he replaced our deck. He met with us to plan the layout, provided ideas, and listened to feedback as we changed the layout from the current deck. Juan provided a clear, itemized estimate for the project. He had high quality craftsmanship and delivered on his estimate. We did have some communication issues trying to finish up the last few small fixes after the deck was finished, but he came and addressed each item. Juan runs a great company and we would suggest using him for any project.

We needed a structural beam put in our ceiling so we could remove a wall. I contacted several contractors, some never bothered to call me back and a couple just ghosted me after the initial consult. Thankfully we found Juan. He came out quickly and we walked through the vision we had for the space. He answered our questions and made multiple suggestions that resulted in a better end product. His level of communication throughout the 8-week project was phenomenal. Calls, texts, updates, arrival times, etc… were all very much appreciated. His guys were courteous, clean, and also kept us in the loop as they made progress. We have future projects planned and fully intend to give Juan another call.
