We began working with Ironhide Construction during a very challenging project. Ironhide’s commitment to working through the details of the job and construction knowledge were the key to the success of the project.

We hired Ironhide Construction to build our new Ditch Witch building in Gretna, Nebraska. Since day one we have had nothing but issues and half done plumbing jobs where a new issue came up constantly. We hired our own plumbers to come and fix the issues where they promised to pay for the plumbers.. Still haven't seen a check to pay for these. The lack of care and the greed to make profit continues to show.

If you're looking for a contractor to replace or install metal siding, roofing, or building erection look no further than Ironhide. I stumbled upon them doing a google search looking for reputable roofers who installed standing seam metal roofing. I called them, the owner answered (Troy) and was at my residence within 30 mins to give me an estimate. The estimate in hand Troy explained the material on the quote, timeline to have material on site once ordered, and length of tear off and replacement. Merely based on their professionalism and explaining everything in detail I hired them on the spot. A couple of weeks later and my roof was replaced. Tear off, and installation of existing and new roof was clean. No debris, screws, or panels were left in my yard at the end of each day. Crew members were professional and kind throughout the entire process. In the end, I have a superior roof compared to any other steel roofing company in the Lincoln and surrounding area. Ironhide was the only company to allow me to go with a thicker material than the standard 28/29 ga or the upgraded steel of 26 ga. Ironhide allowed me to go all the way to 22 ga roofing material which means my roof will withstand weather elements such as hail far better than the previous materials.

Since the roof, I have hired Ironhide to replace metal siding at my home to repair the significant imperfections of a previous contractor. I have also consulted with them for the possible erection of a 50X70 building that I am looking to have built.

I received 12 quotes before I found Ironhide. I wish I would have seen them first as I would have saved myself a ton of time.

I had, what turned out to be a difficult request....install a steel beam in my house so I could build an addition onto my existing kitchen. Since my house is built of construction block and brick, a standard beam wasn't allowed. Troy and his Ironhide crew worked with the structural engineer and came up with a customized answer. They were great to work with and eventually got the beam installed. I was thankful that they were willing to think outside the box to get it done! I'd recommend them wholeheartedly!

I can't say enough great things about Troy and Ironhide Construction. They took on an incredibly complex historic building restoration/shoring project in the middle of our downtown area and successfully completed it as promised. Top notch communication from Troy. He went the extra mile to explain each step of the process, partnering with our structural engineers and masons all the way. We used Ironhide on the construction of our latest warehouse here in Lincoln. This is our third metal building but the first built by Ironhide. We found the guys very honest and forthcoming in all aspects. They quickly handled a few relatively simple items that we thought weren't "perfect". The project was within budget and was completed ahead of schedule even though we fought rain several times at the front end of the project. My life would have been less complicated had we used them on both of our other buildings. If we build another building, these guys will be my first call.

When things are out of my wheelhouse, I'm the first to bring in an expert. Ironhide Construction was just that expert we needed in a few situations. Their knowledge and expertise put me at ease and allowed me to focus on other aspects of the project. I appreciate their honesty and their professionalism during all phases of our jobs.
