I wanted to leave this review around the first of the year but didn’t get around to it. So I am leaving it now. At the beginning of the year there were trash dates changed because of the holidays. I had put my trash out a day early (accidentally). Animals had got into the trash and left a huge mess. I was going to pick up all the trash when I got back home from work, but when I got home.. life. The next day when Uribe came to do trash pick up they dumped the bin AND picked up all the trash the animals had scattered all over the place! I was impressed and grateful.

I was out at the landfill, unloading some trash and a Uribe rolloff unloaded a bunch of hypodermic needles and biohazard waste. It is not safe for us to have to unload and step on needles. I would imagine that the customer pays extra for them to dispose of them properly

We were tired of our past Garbage company for many reasons. The name of that company does not matter and decided to make a change. I AM OVER THE MOON WE DID. We Went with URIBE and they are outstanding. They put the cans back alongside the house WIN NUMBER 1 WIN NUMBER 2 this Morning I forgot to put cans out (still getting used to new pickup day). I texted my wife and she said sorry they already came. Ok my fault we will make it work till next week. She texted back and said you will not believe this, but they picked up the cans from the side of the house dumped them and brought them back UP. UNREAL what fantastic customer service and I have Nothing but great things to say about URIBE Garage Services. the CSR dept even followed up with a call to my wife after she left a Voice mail. Really impressed with the service and mind set the company has.

The drivers and incredibly attentive and thoughtful. We scheduled a bulk waste pick up after raking a ton of leaves and they noticed the service we requested was not accurate relative to what we needed picked up, so they pivoted to the correct, cheaper service. Saved us money and now we know better.
