We were recently solicited by a competitor to change services. We declined to discuss changing. We have been a long term Uribe customer and have always found Uribe to go above and beyond with their service. Value is both what you pay, but also very important is what you receive. Uribe gets high marks in all aspects.

My 2 year old son was watching our trash get dumped and I saw our trash bin fall into the truck. I went out to look after they left and saw one of the parts that keep the steel bar secured was gone causing that bar to move. I called Uribe that afternoon and they said to leave it out and they would come replace it. The next day I came home to a fixed bin and two trash truck toys sitting on top. I had mentioned to the worker my 2 year old son was watching. They were quick to get the replacement and went the extra mile with the toy truck for my son! Thank you Uribe!

Uribe is awesome. We just move to a new house they came delivered the cans and I forgot when the day of pickup was. Busy w the move. They came out later in the day well after pick up had happen to come check my cans up by my house. BEST EVER customer service.

I just want to say that Uribe services has been awesome!!!! They just went out of their way for me to pick up my trash on a different day because I forgot to put my trash out on garbage day. I had a tv sitting on the curb because it didn’t work, they even called me to see if they should take it or not because they didn’t want to take something they weren’t supposed to. Of course I was asleep cuz I missed garbage day. That was very thoughtful of them. Also, there has been a few days I forgot it was garbage day, and they were down and around the street, so I ran down to see if they could come back and get my garbage and they sure no problem !!!!!! A lot of garbage companies won’t do that but they did!!! I thank them for their service and their kindness and understanding!!!

Uribe crew for my home is always friendly and helpful. I had Uribe at my last home and was very pleased with there service. They are reasonably priced and great service. Don't even think about any other service.

We use the compost, recycle and trash service. We appreciate all of the excellent work of each person, especially on the super cold and hot days. In 12 years, only once did the recycle not get picked up; a phone call brought them out the next day. we highly recommend all 3 services.

Great company. Hardworking folks. They even put my trash cans 5 feet into my driveway which I really appreciate. Friendly

ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! The man driving the truck in the 10th and Superior area this morning really went above and beyond. After last night’s heavy snow, our trash bin wasn’t all the way out to the street. Still, he stopped, got out, and brought it over to be emptied. He also saw that my car windows were covered in snow and I was having trouble finding my scraper. He offered to help and quickly brushed the snow off with his sleeve. He was friendly and even with going out of his way, he worked quickly. Great worker!

We were Uribe customers 15 years ago. We switched to another refuse company mainly because their regular and recycle pick up days were on the same day. This other refuse company also saved us a few dollars each month. Service with the cheaper company has declined over the years. There have been weeks where our trash wasn't picked up, some weeks they left a third of our trash still in the cans, and sometimes our emptied cans would be blown over in the street.
We contacted Uribe and asked if we could come back. They have since consolidated their trash days so the regular and recycle pick up are on the same days. Even though it may cost us a few dollars more, we know our trash will be emptied completely and they take our emptied cans halfway up our driveway.

We have been using Uribe for a few years now and could not be happier. The haulers are always so friendly as well as the customer service when I call. Today, I forgot to take my can to the curb. The hauler grabbed my can and emptied it, and then returned it to our house. Very appreciative.

Please consider using family run haulers like Uribe. You will not get better service elsewhere!

Uribe Refuse has by far been the best service we have had and we have had many over the years. Family owned is correct. They are the most considerate, friendly service, so knowledgeable and offer all kinds of service from 4 bin dumpsters to roll offs and even port a potty’s. No matter who answers the phone when I call I am always more than satisfied with their service!

If i could give zero stars I would. They wouldn't get my trash even though it was on the curb and skipped it multiple times. When asked if they can come pick it up they never did. On the day of taking the dumpster because we canceled they still didn't take the trash can and claimed it wasn't on the curb. It was. This place is worse and if they cant do their jobs then they need to go flip burgers or something. Do not get this place unless you never want your trash picked up. There is a reason nobody in my neighborhood has their trash cans.

We've been with Uribe Refuse for many, many years! You will not find a better service and exceptional group of people anywhere in the Lincoln area! They are kind, consistent and caring in EVERY season! It is a VERY TOUGH job to do so treat them right and be considerate and thoughtful. If you can, tell them how much they are appreciated! Uribe Refuse was absolutely amazing! They were fast, efficient, professional, and very affordable. They handled all of my disposal needs, including an old mattress, yard debris, and miscellaneous household items, with no hassle at all. The team was very accommodating and quick to get the job done. Brett Avila was especially easy to work with and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciate how simple and stress-free they made everything. Highly recommend their services!

Trash blew off truck littering street and yard as they drove away. Never even fully emptied my bin. Called, texted and emailed them. They never returned as promised to empty bin. What am I paying for? Discontinuing service
Now that I am dropping service, they even are billing me for the day they did not take away my trash. They finally credited the day they didn't haul trash properly after numerous texts. Poor service.
I wont be recommending them to future realtor clients.

I live outside of Lincoln and I have used Uribe for over 15 years! They are top notch all the way around. Never not pick something up. When I call the office, they are always helpful and work with me. Recently, I forgot to two weeks to get my cans to curb. I called and the dispatcher guy got a hold of the truck in the area. They said they would come back and get it on their way to the dump. Now that is customer service!! Great company, clean trucks, employees that care! and this is a LOCAL company. You are dealing with Nebraska people here! Look no further than URIBE!

We're new to Lincoln & Harms has been easy to work with and very affordable. Couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

I have used Harm's for as long as I can remember. They are thoughtful, thorough and they always pick up everything at the curb. When we had a bad storm, they picked up all my tree branches at no extra charge. I just cut them down to a manageable size. I wish they had service in Omaha. I will miss them.

Truly provides top notch service. I was gone and we missed trash day. Matt took things into his own hands and was able to come a day later and get it for us. You don't see businesses operate like this these days. 100% recommendation from me. Great guy and great company!

Never had so much difficulty trying to get a business to take my money. Tried to sign up as a new customer, left a few voicemails and called 10 billion times. Nothing. Ended up going with a competitor who picked up their phone on the first ring.

UPDATE: Finally got a hold of somebody at Harms. Apparently the business changed hands and there was a 1-2 week period they had no bookkeeper. The new owner was extremely nice and tried to win back my business. Upgrading to 3 stars for that, but still a poor changeover that ultimately affected customer service.

Such warm customer service! We just moved into a house & they made it the easiest thing ever. It only took a 5-minute phone call to set up garbage removal. In addition, I later called for grass clipping removal too and got a great deal! The guy on the phone (the owner?) is very warm, friendly, and willing to help. Really appreciate having a company like that these days. Thank you!
