They do not give invoices or recipients like an actual company they claim to be. They do not have communication after you pay them, not the best option.

I had a couch and two 2 recliners sitting by the curb (in very bad shape) they came by and picked it up in less than 15 minutes from when I called them. Plus I received a discount.

Jonathan helped me remove a (very) ancient fridge from my basement. I contacted him in the the evening and he was able to help the next morning. Highly professional service!

5 Star Hauling & Clean Up did a great job! I couldn’t be happier with their service. I had a pile of scrap drywall that needed to be hauled away, and dumped. Jonathan showed up promptly and loaded the truck with the old drywall and cleaned everything up! Excellent job, and highly recommend.

I found 5 Star Hauling and Clean Up on Yelp and after reading through the reviews and choosing a business I am so glad I chose 5 star. We needed an appliance hauled away and I called and immediately got a friendly and live person on the phone which is unheard of in this day and age. Within 2 hours John was at our house and quickly and efficiently picked up our old appliance and was on his way. I had been putting off getting it done dreading dealing with finding someone to do it. I will definitely be using 5 Star again for any future hauling or cleanup needs. I highly recommend them.

Fast, friendly service! Would have preferred to know, when I called and asked for a rough estimate, that their minimum charge was $85 and that they preferred cash. Not problematic, just would like to have been prepared.

Had a property near UNL that needed a major clean out! 5 Star Hauling was fantastic I reached out Sunday for a quote and was scheduled for a clean out the very next day. They hauled away a massive amount of old furniture and random junk that was left in basement and the garage. I definitely appreciate them being careful to not damage any walls or anything while they were getting things moved out! Will be using them again! Would recommend as well!

We needed a big console television hauled away from a second story room. 5 star was fast and friendly. They cared about not damaging out home. And they didn't break the bank. We will be hanging on to their card for next time!
