We used Houser for over 2 years. More often than not when I called the office, I didn't get anyone to answer. Would take multiple calls (4+) for someone to answer. But over the last few months, we were not happy with their service. Not all the trash being picked up. Or being charged more for things that we didn't think would cost extra. We finally made the choice to change companies. On the last day of Houser picking up our garbage, our new garbage company was also dropping of our new trashcans. The driver of the Houser truck had the guts to walk up to me in my driveway to say "please don't tell me that you are changing to them" and points to the new company. I said yes. He went on and wanted to know why. I gladly told him. He laughed and said "good luck with that" as he walked away....and THAT was a great reminder why we did decide to take our business elsewhere. Houser guy left, and the man from the new company we switched to, walked up to my husband asked him if he was in the army (he was wearing an army tshirt) my husband said yes and the man thanked him for his service and shook his hand. That everyone is how businesses should act...with class and respect.

Houser Refuse is so good to their customers! They have never missed a pick up at our house and always put our cans back on the driveway, out of the way. They are very reasonably priced and are great to work with! 100% recommend them!

I love Houser simply because their rates are good and they never miss a beat. Always pickup on some holidays and the day after holidays and I know that’s a heavy load to do so thank you guys very much! Also there have been times where I’ve lost my mailed bill and every time I call I am greeted with a happy hello and a helpful response. Only thing I would like to see is online bill posting because of the problems I’ve had with the mail!

There used to be a old grumpy person that answered phone. New person is very nice. She said switching it up because people were canceling. She is Def helping biz.

We're very pleased with Houser Refuse Services. We've had them multiple years now and we appreciate the extra haul away opportunities we've been allowed. They're on time and efficient with pickup which is very beneficial. Along with their strong customer service, the price is reasonable/affordable. Thank you!

I can't trust this company, watched a few of these crew smoke and not cigarettes unless they are using pipes to smoke tobacco.

The young long haired one shows exceptional enthusiasm on the job. Brings a friendly atmosphere and literally attempts to talk to every person he sees. Sometime can be a bit overwhelming, but it’s cool cause it’s funny
